We had an outstanding experience with Rollatini Catering for our wedding on June 13, 2025. From start to finish, their team was so professional, organized, and a true pleasure to work with. Michelle, the Director of Events, made the planning process seamless with her clear communication and attention to detail. And they were so flexible and kind with the menu changes and food restriction we had and accommodated all the needs of our guests, include vegan, gluten free, and kids' menu. During the tasting, we met Chef Victor, whose passion for food was immediately evident. On the big day, Rollatini delivered everything flawlessly — from the delicious appetizers and buffet-style entrées to the elegant dinnerware. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food! COME IN! I have traveled all over the world and there’s no space that holds authenticity quite like Rollatini. The first bite into the shrimp bruschetta I was smiling ear to ear. The freshness tasted like a refreshing lemonade on a summers day. Next was the creamy chicken soup. Amazing. I can imagine Nonna making this during a sick day. Lastly we had the creamy carbonara and it was delicious. Not filled with oils but all the creaminess. Pictured as well as the masala’s chicken pasta and hearty but delicate

It seems like most people cater this restaurant but we dined in. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time except for one person who came to pick up a mobile order. Started off with the toasted ravioli appetizer. I had the calamari marinara dish which was delicious. We had a side of the roasted potatoes as well just to try them. Amazing Italian food. A little bit hard to find as the restaurant is very tiny and on the corner of a mall. The sign is tiny as well. Definitely worth trying.

Chef Victor and his team were absolutely incredible. They catered our golf event with a delicious array of meats, fish, and vegetables and the coleslaw was hands-down the best I’ve ever had! People are still asking for the secret ingredient. Best of all, everything was fully kosher. The service was top-notch, with white-glove attention and an exceptionally attentive staff. Highly recommended!

It is always good. Every item we have eaten has been delicious and always ready when we arrive to pick it up.

They listened to every detail and were always eager to make sure everything was exactly what we envisioned. The staff even left us a surprise memory: a fun group photo from the 360 photo booth that we’ll cherish forever. It really showed the spirit and dedication of their team. Rollatini catered our wedding and it was amazing! Our guests were raving about how good the food was. The Eggplant Rollatini and the creamy orzo were hits. The house salad was loaded with veggies and the dressing was excellent. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Great food, great service!!!

This is a great little restaurant; though I wish it had more indoor space, the food is excellent! I had the Alla Vodka pasta, which was delicious, and the service was attentive, they even boxed our leftovers for us.

We live up in Jupiter, my husband and I. Rollatini is catering our daughters wedding in a few months. We didn’t attend the tasting menu with the kids as the grooms family is paying for catering and bar. So I surprised my husband the other night by bringing him in for dinner so that we could have our own treat! I think our server’s name was James and he was outstanding! He suggested several items on the menu and introduced us to the eggplant rollatini! Oh my gosh, it was so delicious. I think I could eat that every day of my life! I just wanted to share that we had a really really nice time and enjoyed playing with several options on your menu, a couple of which the bride and groom have chosen for their wedding and a few new things that James suggested for our enjoyment. Even though you’re a bit of a drive for us can see us coming back again and again! Outstanding!!

Traditional Italian, the food is amazing, the portions are amazing, the best salads. The waitstaff and prices are also fantastic. Ive never had bad service or a bad meal. My go to for all things Italian.
