Food is good, I really like the food. But automatically adding 18% tip on a party of TWO is WAY OUT OF LINE!! The party of ONE, yes, ONE, sitting next to me, had the tip added too. I have eaten here around 8 times and yes and every time, I tip when getting the bill. Wow, I do not know how you sleep at night, knowing most people do not know what your place is doing....

Many items aren’t available from the menu cause they don’t stock the ingredients. Everyone ordered the 30-40$ hibachi and it’s a joke and felt cheaply put together. You can get much better food for less anywhere else.

But the service is worst. The waiter wasn’t very friendly and irritated for no reason. Before we finished eating she already had box and check brought to the table without asking. She even grabbed the pay terminal and hit the tip for me and ran away without giving me a chance to act or say anything. Yes she GAVE HERSELF A TIP without my permission. Most bizarre dining experience.

Usually it's a fun time at these hibachi steakhouses. This one is lower quantity and expensive. Portion sizes were smaller than typical, the chef was not very good and really messy. They don't have sushi which is very odd for a Japanese steakhouse. I'd recommend skipping this place.

I booked for a party of 24 and it wasn’t until i arrived that i learned that the tables only seat 20 and the other guests have to sit somewhere else. The food was great and so was the entertainment but our table only got 1 menu…for 20 people. My parents sat in a different table (because of the lack of space) and they didn’t even get a menu, but the guests that arrived AFTER them did, do with information what you will. I also don’t know if they just don’t own spoons but i asked for one and got a plastic spoon. Besides those inconveniences, the hibachi chefs were awesome and so was the food.

I come here once a week with my girlfriend. We love this place most of the chefs and the food. The chef we had tonight always has an attitude. He started off being mad that my girl doesn’t want ginger or yum yum sauce. Then he was mad she had a shellfish allergy. The he got mad again when she wanted her steak well done . He’s the messiest chef out of all of them . He made jokes with the whole table all night except us 2. I like every other chef except this guy! Older dude with an attitude, couldn’t get a name
