I currently live in Colombia and I haven't been back to the USA in like 14 years. One my stops was Sbarro's. The taste has not change. Great pizza and happy to remember his place from child hood life.

Hi Management Team at Wellington Green Mall,
I never wanted to write a bad review because I know how hard it is to work in the food industry and how much effort it takes just to get through the day. I came in at 8:06pm simply to buy a water bottle—not even to order food—and I still saw other people coming in as well. I was very dehydrated, just wanted a bottle of water, and was more than willing to pay for it. I also have a health condition, but the lady at the front was unnecessarily rude, even in front of other customers. I understand it was closing, but there’s no excuse for that attitude. I hope there is something you can do to prevent this from happening to others. I don’t know if I will be coming back, especially since this used to be my favorite place.

The food is delicious but be prepared to pay up for everything. The price of a New York XL slice has gone up significantly over the last few years. I paid about 7 dollars for one slice without a drink. A large pie is about $25 to $30. And all the meals with a drink are in the $11 to $17 range. I suggest the pizza and the spaghetti.

I visited Sabarro on January 6th, 2025. The food appeared delicious, but my wife desired coffee first, so I briefly went to Starbucks. Upon my return five minutes later, I was disappointed to find that Sabarro had been closed by the health department. This was particularly upsetting as I was on vacation and hadn't been back to Florida in 23 years; Sabarro was high on my list of places to dine. Perhaps next time.
Listen Sabarro is pretty standard pizza. It's good. But what set this location apart is the service and friendly demeanor of Matt. Fast and friendly!

If I could give a 0 I would. I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I work customer service so I know mistakes can happen and tend to be pretty understanding. I’ve been to this location before. Generally have had positive experiences. I ordered the usual spaghetti with sauce. I noticed price was a bit high but figured maybe they went up. Nope. They charged me for the wrong item (which is nearly 3 dollars more expensive). I go back and let them know of the error, like I said stuff happens. They tell me that both items are the same price. I look at the menu and clearly they’re not. I let them know this they still argue it is. End up getting another employee who reprints the correct item. It’s of course cheaper. She just wanted to give me the copy no return the money I was over charged or even offer an item of equal value. I’m clearly at this point irritated so they start talking in creo with each other like I’m not there. One just ended up giving me some cash obviously to get me out of there. Like I said mistakes happen. The way they handled it just lying to me was not a mistake. Really have to do better training employees. I’m very disappointed.

Matt from NY has excellent customer service. Hugo was also amazing. Today is my birthday and they was so sweet.
The two people they have working there need to find another job they don't understand English. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch slice. She gave me a Roman

$7 for one slice of pizza??? They trippin here. Go to cajun grill instead and get 2 meats and a side overflowing out the box for $12 lmao
Those who served, specifically, the cashier was in a bad mood and the pineapple pizza had a very unpleasant smell. Apart from that, it was raw and other pizzas had a good texture but a very bad taste.
