No prices on the menu, I got a strawberry smoothie that ended up being $12…I guess that’s on me for not asking but then it ended up being the worst smoothie i’ve ever had, tasted like blended ice that had maybe one strawberry slice in it. What a scam!

3.9% processing fee (on receipt,not disclosed before using CC). This should be posted at the cash register.. Way overpriced for average tasting ice cream…POST THE PRICES ON THE MENU…

The two girls working there were rude and unprofessional. They were speaking in Spanish about my niece and nephew, rolling their eyes and making comments because the kids were taking a moment to decide. They clearly assumed we didn’t understand Spanish, which made the situation even more disappointing.

The ice cream itself was good, but definitely overpriced for the kind of service we received. If you’re going to charge premium prices, your staff should reflect that with excellent customer service and respect for all customers.

I took my two grandchildren here for an ice cream treat. Prices are not listed . I purchased a one scoop chocolate ice cream in a waffle come dipped in chocolate and nuts and two scoops of cotton candy ice cream in a cup. It was $ 19.85. Please note they force you to buy two scoops in a cup which was too much ice cream for a four year old. Not only was the ice cream expensive but it was served up with a surely attitude from the server. When I went back to get a lid for the unfinished cup of ice cream the stand was left unattended for over 5 minutes.

They hide the prices on the menu for a reason. They charged me over 13 dollars for a small ice cream cookie that was extremely bland. Everything is overpriced and the food quality is terrible for what you pay for.

Tooo the boss your employee told me to tell you how nasty her attitude was when I asked her about bags!!! Your products are too expensive not to supply bags to go!!!

Definitely overpriced. An ice cream cone/cup costs about $9? There is no price shown at the counter. Well, we could have 5 similar ice creams at Chick fil at the same food court 🤷

Awesome ice cream place in the mall. They have your traditional ice cream flavors along with much more. This includes ice cream sandwiches, affogato, floats, slushies, acai bowls and smoothies. Note that they are a bit $$ but it's worth checking out if you want a great treat at the mall.

The ice cream store is very nice . And the employees are very nice too. Gelay Gonzalez and Gabriela Barreto gave me perfect attention.

Stop selling ice cream. It tasted like ice without the cream and have the nerve to be expensive. One taste and I threw it right in the trash!

We were at the Wellington Mall, and wanted a smoothie. Scoops & Beyond is super cute on the outside. The 2 girls at the front were busy but took my order with minimal conversations. They had 4 different smoothies. I ordered the strawberry smoothie and was pretty disappointed. I took 2 gulps and threw the rest out. As sad as it is, I wasted $10 on a large (only one size) cup of milk that had a pink look to it. All milk, no flavor, and definitely no strawberries.

The customer service is spectacular I had the opportunity to work with them and I really know everything that the one who works in customer service suffers because people think that because they pay they have the right to denigrate others, they are only there to serve the client well and try to make everyone come out satisfied, but that is not why they are obliged to endure insults from anyone. They are always willing to do their job the best they can to please. If you have doubts about prices or some concerns about the menu options without any problem, they will offer the best experience. Measure your words to talk about people you don't know ... bye
