Great service, friendly staff however menu and food was underwhelming. Steaks and veggies were under seasoned though the Oscar style crab cake was flavorful.

The experience was horrible. None of the food came out as ordered. The chopped salad was lacking many of the ingredients listed on the menu. The drink order was not as ordered. The server appeared to have little or no training or just didn't care. I spoke with the manager and expressed our dissatisfaction and provided her with my contact information so I can discuss the issues as I have dined there numerous times and feel that management should be aware of the shortcomings so as not to lose customers

We enjoyed our dinner at Stallion—the mini lobster roll appetizer was delicious and perfect for sharing. One of us had the shrimp scampi and one of of us had the fettuccine bolognese—both were very good (and really large portions!). Our waiter was attentive. The only quibble is that the live music, which started before we finished, was VERY loud. Difficult to have a conversation over.

Pasta could've cook a bit longer for the chicken parm. Also chicken was a little burnt but we worked with it.

The waiter was very nice. But we had to ask for water. We also ordered lobster and had to ask for the lemon and the crackers to better open the lobster. The Caesar salad was very good!

The food, service and atmosphere, was amazing, everything we had, was incredibly delicious. The wine was awesome as well, we really enjoyed ourselves, will definitely go back.

The salads exceeded expectation. The service did as well. The steak was not done to specs - my wife asked for medium rare plus and it came medium and the ends were tough. My chicken was tasty but on the drier side. Not enough to complain to wait staff about and we will be back for sure but felt you should get the feedback Max

We ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir. Waiter came back and said they no longer had that one. Okay, that happens. Ordered a different Pinot. The waiter came back and said they no longer had that one. We expressed disappointment. Ordered a Malbec. Waiter came back and said they no longer had that one, but he brought a different Malbec that was "only slightly more expensive." He didn't say how much I expected him to say he would give it to us for the lower price. He didn't. Check came. They charged us for the original Pinot. I pointed this out to waiter. He corrected the bill and charged us for the more expensive Malbec. Only $5 difference. So we were inconvenienced 3 times without not even an apology.

We are repeat customers for dining and new years but this was the last time. Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. We made reservations for new new years and waited 40 minutes past the scheduled time with buffet closing. To make matters worse, the owner is extremely rude and took zero responsibility. Way better options available in Wellington. Stay away!

Dined last night with a party of 6. The atmosphere, food, and service were amazing. It was so comfortable and you could hold a conversation. Many restaurants are loud! The filet mignon, bruschetta, and crème brûlée were amazing. Full bar! Loved you had Caymus! Everybody loved it. Thank you for getting us in on short notice. Will definitely be back!

What a pleasure it was to visit Stallion. We were visiting family in Wellington who brought us here for dinner. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. The food was delicious and well prepared and the service was impeccable. Both Logan and Hunter were professional, attentive and delightful. Bring your appetite because everything is delicious that you’ll want it all. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
