Okay, I love Starbucks. I order at least once a week, but I am exhausted of this particular Starbucks always adding too much ice. On this order I asked for “light ice” and this is how much they added. I’m pretty sure out of the whole coffee I took 5 sips. For $7 I think I should be getting more drink, less ice, especially when I ask for it. I guess I have to start asking for none!!!!

Visited last Sunday morning. I only wanted to order a single pup cup with cash (I had small bills) in the drive through for my dog, recovering from heartworm treatment. I promised her a pup cup. I was advised I couldn’t do that and urged to add a cake pop. Unfortunately, I already drank a trough of coffee prior at home and was swimming in caffeine and had breakfast. I promised my girl a pup cup. We got out of the drive through and went to Dunkin nearby where they were friendly and more than happy to oblige. They said I can bring her anytime for a single cup. My dog says, ‘Fluff you Starby’s’

I came in around 11 a.m., and the store was pretty busy. One of the employees, a woman with pink hair who seemed like she might be one of the higher-ups, was yelling at another employee right in front of the drink pick-up area. It was super loud and honestly really uncomfortable to watch. You could tell the customers nearby felt awkward, and it just killed the vibe. I even saw a few people check in on the employee afterward, and she was still being super nice and attentive to everyone, even with all the chaos going on. I think she might be one of the supervisors because I always see her there. I get that things get hectic, but yelling at your team in front of customers isn’t okay. It came off really unprofessional.

They sold me cold sausage, egg, and cheddar breakfast sandwiches that were ice cold. This particular store always has issues and I’ve eaten here multiple times with multiple issues either with my coffee or food. It feels like the employees here just don’t care or they’re in such a rush that they don’t check the food properly. Getting someone sick from under cooked food is not what I look forward too.

This is the second occurrence with them not securing the lids. My car is flooded with coffee for the second time. I went to pick up the cup and it just dropped the lid separated from the cup like it wasn't even on at all. Starbucks need to put money in better products and or training.

Honestly if I could give it 6 stars I would. When I payed my chai latte, not even 1 minute passed and I already got my latte, I was worried because I’ve never gotten anything that fast but surprise surprise, it tasted amazing, and the people working there is really nice, easily 5 stars.
