I don’t know why to buy venty and light ice if it full of ice and also taste like water…. Skip this Starbucks go to a different one. But I’m going to give it 2 stars since they did my drink again. Still pretty different from other Starbucks but thanks
Call me old fashioned but if I’m paying over $7 for a cup of coffee (I like to add espresso shots so it’s more $) it should be full and I shouldn’t have to ask to have it remade after waiting through a long line. Come here quite often and staff is typically friendly and efficient.
Thay have no idea how to make a cup of coffee here at this location. Zero. ISSUE WITH AFFIGATO SHOTS NOT BEING PUT IN. ITS LIKE $6
And they don't speak to you picking up an order
As I'm handing my drink through the drive-thru I see the girl with a lot of paper towels cleaning something up. And she hands me my vente it's extremely light I take off the top it's only about half full. There's no way she couldn't tell it was too late. Trying to cover for their own mistakes. When you pay almost $6 for a cup of coffee you would expect a cup of coffee not half of cup.

I’m not sure if it’s a Corporate or store policy to not provide water unless you pay for something, but maybe give your employees the freedom to exercise some discretion when they tell them their kid has something stuck in their throat and could use some water. Even if I was lying…it’s just water.

This store has turned around in the last 1-2 months. I'm not super sure what has changed. But when you walk in everyone is friendly, it smells clean, and the staff is always the first to say hello. To whoever is leading or in charge of the changes being made, hats off to you.

I don't know what that was, but it was no Starbucks nor coffee. Starbucks is not my favorite anyway and I had my share of them, but this branch's coffee was disgusting! About the level of a cheap hotel coffee shop. Asked for "kids temperature" aka warm, of course got it scalding. Not to mention the "grande" amount I received was barely enough for a tall cup (which really didn't matter with that awful coffee quality) Might as well donate my $5, it'll serve someone better than this p... cup o' joe. Thanks for nothing.

The rudest employees ever. I placed a mobile order it said 2:05 will be ready. I went there 2:08 it wasn’t ready so i waited until 2:15 when i ask one of the girls if they have an order with my name because I thought maybe I made a mistake she totally ignored me. Then I asked the other girl she looked at my phone screen saw the order then she made my drink without apologizing she handed the drink and turned her back.
Meanwhile everyone who got there after me got their drinks.

Overall a nice Starbucks location but holy cow it was COLD inside. So cold that I went out to the car to get my winter jacket just to sit inside. When I asked the team members about why, they said it's because they get hot near the ovens. Surely there is a better compromise than keeping the Starbucks at 65 degrees (I'm guessing the temp)? The staff were all working in sweatshirts....perhaps they could wear T-shirts?
