I paid for some cinnamon, sugar free vanilla and caffeine-free espresso and the matcha latte I ordered tasted like pure water with milk!! It didn't even taste good, it's the worst latte I've ever bought in my life, I ended up throwing it away

I work in the mall, so I am forced to order at this location.. Every time I do, I am disappointed. They are Watered down, way overpriced and flavorless. I also noticed that half the time they only fill the cup halfway. Please do better!! We are retail workers need caffeine! :(

This is the BEST location hands down. The staff is kind knowledgeable, and makes the best coffee. I will literally travel to Wellington Mall just to order from this specific Starbucks.

Myself with my 3 kids ordering drinks and nothing but teenagers behind the counter talking about their personal lives, saying inappropriate stuff (at one point the guy was talking about cocaine). When I finally got the drinks they were not even right, as they did not bother to count pumps or read the tickets as they were more focused on flirting with each other. I get a pumpkin spice latte which I cannot drink with all the normal sugar, so order it with 2 pumps and no whipped. It comes with whipped on it and so I asked her if she could make one without whipped. She takes it without a word and looks annoyed, walks to the sink and proceeds to scope the whipped cream off the top with the lid and then gets a spoon before handing me back a messy cup with half whip still in it and not a word about it. I take a sip and clearly it has about 6 pumps in it and at that point with no a single adult working, I just leave and throw the drink in the trash on the way out. My kids, whom will drink liquid sugar if I let them, all complained about how sweet the drinks were and how they are not normally like this, so they all dump their drinks as well. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.. I can wait until I find a location not in the mall.

It is extremely disheartening to visit this Starbucks. I went so far as to inquire with the employees about any internal conflicts, as they appear to lack smiles and fail to greet customers. It is evident that extensive training is needed in this establishment.
