This use to be my go to but the quality of the drinks SUCK. The lines are forever long because all the faces are new and no one knows how to make a drink so ubhave to wait till someone is available to make it. There once was a barista name Jorge he made your day when u saw him. Drinks were always perfect, smiles always there. Starbucks target when you lost Jorge you lost the experience customers love come back for. Hello Duncan

The guy with dark longer hair working behind the cash register needs to be taught customer service…. I ordered a drink with “no whip please” I’ve never liked whipped cream in my entire life. I get my drink and there’s whipped cream, the girl who made the drink was excellent; she was like no worries and told the guy, hey you didn’t put no whip on the label. He then looks right at me and goes she said she wanted whipped cream….. I’m sorry but no I didn’t and who are you to argue over something so simple. Rude and will never return. I spend $230 a month at Starbucks. Disgusting service

You may like them or not, but coffee is always above decent the smell is awesome and place is clean. So if you not in the mood for finding amazing coffee adventure Starbucks is there for you.They food section deserve a large improvment

I went to try the new cold brew sugar cookie coffee. Gave them written instructions since I wanted sugar free, so easy, just 2 pumps of sf vanilla & 2 pumps of sf sugar cookie. Watched the guy make it & only saw 2 pumps go in SO I ASKED him, just to make sure and he said he put them both in there. Ugh!! Come on. Why lie? I could’ve made this cold brew sf vanilla at home.
We are here at 6 pm. The hours state that Starbucks is open until 9 but they are closed. The lady behind the counter said she could not help us.... WOW. This is the second time this has happened to us.

Ordered a sweet cream foam cold brew and a caramel cream frappe. They screwed up both orders. Acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Had to go inside the store just to get one of the new ones made. I’ve never had this much trouble explaining how to make their own product in my 30 years of coming to Starbucks. Whoever is doing the training needs to do a better job because the people I just encountered have no clue what they are doing. Very frustrating, especially because I visit this location often and will definitely reconsider if these are the new people working.
