What a timely respite this location proved to be. I got some nice out of the home office focus time. The personalities amongst the crew are loveable and make for a warm chill atmosphere. I felt well cared for. Katie, on site manager, took time to make sure all was good with the service. It was a refreshing stay all around. Thanks all!

Me and my sister went to get a nice treat before going to work and we were thoroughly disappointed. First, we waited 30 minutes in the drive through line total. 15 minutes with 2 cars infront of us, once we ordered it took 10 more minutes from speaker to the window and, at the window it took us 5 more minutes to get our drinks and food. Regarding the drinks, NONE of them were right. We ordered a grande white chocolate mocha frappe and a venti iced gingerbread oat milk chai — instead we got a peppermint frappe and a chai tea with normal milk and no cold foam flavor. Like the cold foam was literally just frothed cream, not even sweet. Of course our sandwhich was okay because they’re pre made but come one…30 minutes in line and still didn’t give us the correct order? We couldn’t even ask for a refund or them to remake drinks because we were running late due to the 30 minute line. I do not expect it to be that hard to make 2 drinks that are fairly simple? I rather wait longer for my drinks to be right then wait 30 minutes for drinks that aren’t right and that don’t taste good. They need better speed of service and quality because what the….anyways will not be wasting my time to come here and i really wish I could rate 0 stars!:)

I ordered my usually 4 shot blonde in a grande cup ice coco milk 4 vanilla. Shots on the bottom milk on top...they handed me a tall cup no milk. I gave specific instructions. Upon requesting remake baristas had an attitude. Remade my drink and did not put my 4 pumps of vanilla. This is the third incident at this starbucks and it just PISSES ME OFF! TRAIN YOUR BARISTAS! I SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY ON COFFEE TO BE PISSED OFF AND NOT HAVE COFFEE

This place is so dirty and gross always. The floors are disgusting, they never wipe the tables or counter and the trash is always overflowing. I feel like I need a shower when I leave there. I now drive to the one on Southern its always clean. Save yourself from germs and getting sick.
