Well asked to be seated and was told there was a 1 hour wait, asked the hostess 3 times if she said 1 hour and she said yes. We left because we would be sitting down after 8pm and you close at 9pm we don't like being rushed due to closing time. However while we were ordering at the alternate restaurant we got the your table is ready text, it was 20 mins after we asked the hostess 3 times what the wait time was. She probably didn't want to sit my family of 5 and said 1 hour to scare us off. It worked won't be going back any time soon. Oh and it was a Thursday evening at 7pm when we want to eat there, it was also a celebration dinner we wanted to have.

I've had several lovely meals at Stonewood over the years, and last night's was no exception. What was exceptional was that, when we were seated next to an extraordinarily loud, racist gentleman and his dining party, and then I asked to be reseated even though it was a busy night, the wait staff were tremendously kind and understanding. They found us a new table and even brought us a little treat for our trouble. Thank you!

Conveniently located in a shopping center with a large footprint, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I was pleased to find Balvenie scotch and a prime rib. The prime rib was a solid B, flavorful but not very tender and they were out of medium rare so more on the medium size. The mashed potato side was underwhelming in size and taste. The deserts - crème brûlée and key lime pie - were a nice way to finish the meal. Modestly sized but palate pleasing.
There was a rather long wait for appetizers roughly 40 minutes, however when they did arrive the appetizers were throughly enjoyed. Our Server Kurt was phenomenal. He guided us through the menu and pointed us in the right direction for making delicious decisions. Even with the rough start he communicated with the manager and they both accommodated the inconvenience which was appreciated. The food and my cocktail spoke for itself with the flavors being good but we will be returning solely because of Kurt's phenomenal service.

Party of 3 on a Monday evening. The bar and restaurant were fully occupied. At the bar we had our drinks which were made by Kurt, who was extremely cordial, and he made some exceptional Margherita.The wait was very reasonable for a table. Perusing the menu made me want everything. We had a meal we all would order again. Presentation was beautiful, service by both Kurt and Nicole was above attentive and timely. If you are in a seafood moodzone try the Salmon on a plank. If you crave shrimp and scallops on a skewer, you won't be disappointed.This restaurant is a winner indeed. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.
