I've been going to this Subway for a long time, and it is one of the best establishments in the area. My order is always prepared quickly and has never been messed up once. Along with that, staff are always kind, respectful, and alwats trying their hardest to make everyone happy.

The older woman wearing a mask has a very rude tone when serving me and my friends, and the woman had a young child (maybe her son) sitting at a table by him self on the phone for what it seems like her whole shift. She was also rude to the other girl working. Very bad service.

It was great to come here compared to the Subway at Wycliffe Plaza which had slow service and uneducated staff. The staff here (Jez) is great and got the orders perfectly done for my son and I to eat back home. We really enjoyed the sandwiches. This Subway has all the great options available. Will come back here all the time.

Subway in Wellington at the Town Square is an excellent eatery for delectable submarines. The wraps are delicious too, nice and light. Try the savory footlong sidekicks with varied dipping sauces. G, and the staff, greeted me with a courteous smile and took good care of my order. If you want to eat in or take out, either way you will be totally satisfied with the food. Highly recommended for lovers of the All-American sub made especially for you!!!

Easy lunch on the weekends. We come here maybe every week or 2 weeks. We make our order, and the girls behind the counter are always kind. They make the sandwiches, take our payment, and the experience is easy. Food is delicious, thank you for a quick & easy, no-fuss, weekend option.

Food does not look fresh, cookies are hard and stale and the place was very dusty and dirty.The table's outside extremely dirty and under the tissue dispenser is full of dust to the point I avoided grabbing a tissue. I use to come here all the time and now I will be going to another location .

They had these two women working there that didn't care about nothing. Floor was dirty I had to beg one of them to wipe down the dirty table and to give me napkins. She just looked at me and walked out the store. I see why nobody eats here anymore. The sandwich was cold after I asked for it toasted. I wish I can rate it a zero because that's what this place deserve.

I just went to subway i purchased 2 foot long subs and a foot long cookie . It was loud they were out of honey mustard . Something happened at the cash register I waited patiently to pay . I paid $30.37 . The cashier lady at the time every time I said something she said it was too loud in the store. When I got home to open my sub I noticed that the cookie wasn’t cooked and it wasn’t a footlong it as dough. I called and told her she said it wasn’t possible. She said she couldn’t hear me and she didn’t comprehend what I was saying . Times are hard and it really hurts to spend money and not get what you paid for and to know that when a customer calls you completely dismiss what I’m saying as you don’t understand and/or you can’t hear. Very poor customer service.

Today me and my mother wanted to go to Subway for dinner and when we walked in the door no one greeted or acknowledged us. We stood there as the owner, Ash, and employee, Emily, ignored us and cleaned for a good few moments before speaking to us. Before we ordered, another customer came in and they were greeted instantly. We felt very unwelcomed and was treated with coldness the entire time unlike other guest. I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for good customer service.
