Sandy. That’s all I have to say. She is beyond lovely and kind and sweet. Is so attentive and caring. Through the drive through i get so happy to hear her because she is on the orders and making sure we always have everything we ordered on the app and asking if we need more. She is incredibly accommodating and careful and is so positive. She makes me and my family want to keep coming back. Such a great person to have working there. Every customer leaves satisfied with her.

I came here to pick up an order at 1 am and there was just this nice beautiful and angelic lady whoever she is you're the best even though I know I didn't order any food and I just picked up an order. On top of paying insanely high prices for garbage food, the kid at the window acted as if I was wasting his time. Didn’t say a single word to me during the transaction even after me saying thank-you 4 times. Next time I’ll be choosing McDonalds next door because they seem to care about value and customer service more than anyone else.

They forgot the sauce!!! We all know that’s the most important. And napkins too. Guy was not friendly at all did not say hi or anything and was taking the next order as he handed me my bag and shut the window. Okayyy have a nice day! It takes such little effort to smile and if you can’t do that, don’t work in customer service. I don’t care it’s a drive through fast food… same applies if you work at a dumpster cleaning company or the White House… just smile!

The worst Taco Bell...I buy a house in Wellington...and go figure...what's suppose to be the nicer establishments are the worst. This Taco bell never gets it right. I order supreme Tacos & paid for Supreme. They give me regular Tacos, with no sour cream & no cheese, just a bunch of old lettuce really. My quesadilla is burnt and hard to chew. What a rip off!!! Smh. They mess up your order every time.
Food was freshly made & served quickly. Forgot sauce packets until cashier reminded me (usually I realize at home & get upset) which was very proactive of her & made a huge difference to me. Everything was perfect sans the Pepsi which was flat-ish but was forced to drink anyway to quench the Diablo sauce. The drink was the only part of this meal that wasn’t perfect.
Food has never been the best to eat, but REALLY sucks now. Service is even worse. I will stick with KFC, AND Buds Chicken. At least the amount of food you get for the price you pay is much better. There's hardly even a table spoon of meat, Can't even taste the cheese. I will stick with Buds and KFC. It isnt Tacos, but Better flavor, better portion. Fills you up. Taco Bell is as bad as Wendy's . They need to call it quits.

I know it's not authentic. I know it's fast food. I know it's trash. But...I LOVE IT!!! I can't stop loving taco bell. Even when my $6 order in 2001 now costs $17. I just love it. I won't indulge as frequently. And I abandoned ship when they killed the Mexican pizza. My heart hurts that I can't have an enchirito. But, I'll never leave my captor. Taco Bell, you define Battered woman syndrome lmao

Ordered 40 dollars worth of food. Person working drive thru tried giving me someone else's food which was only 1 taco and some dessert. After I made them aware I got nothing but a attitude. And after all that they still messed my order up and didn't give me any sauce like I asked

It's a pretty good Taco Bell. The location is quite well taken care of. It's a great place to eat in compared to some other Taco Bell locations.
Edit: As others have said, this place is horrible during the evening. Messed up our order and had to remind them to make a hard taco. They also lied about being out of fries, they just didn't want to make them. When we finally got back our order we looked over the bag before leaving and got home to find out we're also missing a chalupa. Never again will I come here, I'd rather go to the other Wellington location.
