I hate to leave a bad review but last friday I ordered 5 pics at 5pm for pickup at 7pm upon arrival they had just started to prepared them. I had to wait 30 minutes and when I got home the dough was still half rough especially in the crust. Feel totally ripped off and won't give them my business again. Furthermore how do you only have one chef on a friday night

Great tasting food. The individuals at the pickup counter are always nice. I have ordered from Victor’s three times and enjoyed the food on every occasion.

Had a freind over for football Sunday. I had gotta pizza and wings here before and remember thinking it was good, so I recommended it to my friend, who had suggested another place. We gave it a go and over the phone the kid was making no sense and not able to take a simple order. Had to repeat LG pizza and 10 wings extra Crispy at least 3-4 times. Had him repeat it back to me before getting off the phone becuase the conversation was not confidence inspiring to say the least. My friend and I laugh at the stupidity after I hang up. Should have heeded that sign and hung up and called elsewhere.

Went to pick it up, they had the wings in a sealed plastic container, the clear lid lined with condensation, i immediately poked holes in it to let the steam out, to avoid the wings becoming soggy. They looked at me like i was crazy when i explained that. That should have been our second sign to bail.

Pizza finishes, after the wings, which typically take longer to cook. Another sign. We get back, pizza is missing an entire cut, three cuts not four. So 6 slices, instead of 8. Two are double size. Another weird element of this entire experience. Luckily I can a pizza cutter so I make the last cut, go to pickup a slice of this sloppy looking pizza, it is soggy and the cheese slides right off. Tried Another slice this time cradling both ends, take a bite, it's literally all sauce, no wonder it's soggy and the cheese is trying to eject itself from this haphazard excuse of a pizza. Onto the wings, we got sauces on the side for dipping, to keep them crisp on the ride home, remember that plastic container they put it in? That ruined any chances of that. Wings also EXTRA SOGGY. We each ate one wing and tried to somehow eat a slice of this sloppy mess, but gave up, and threw it all where it belongs, in the trash.
Not sure what happen from last time to this time but every aspect of this was an absolute abomination. Literally could have gotten better pizza and wings from the gas station on south shore and forrest hill next to wells fargo.

Take out pizza was soggy and I specifically asked for well done. The Pear salad lettuce was definitely not fresh.

This place is so devine. The food is so good and i had different dishes. The Stromboli, the calzone, the penne vodka sauce, the sausage and peppers, the eggplant and others. I have not had a bad meal or service. It's not like they are around the corner I go out of my way to go here because I know i am going to have a great meal.

Kid-friendliness: I was even there once when they had kids there and they enjoy their meal just like I did.

Did take out , steak sub was pitiful . Yes we ordered it plain but come on …. That’s just a bread sub. We are from ny and a place like this would be closed in a week
