Hours are not accurate really wanted to try this spot out every time I’ve gone they’ve been closed when it’s supposed to be open till 7pm Monday-Saturday

The drink was TASTELESS AND NASTY ?DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ordered the classic milk tea. The drink was nearly 8 DOLLARS. AND it was NOT WORTH IT. The boba was HARD and RUBBERYSave your money‼️

I work in the plaza and decided to give this place another try and it was awful, I got a tuna wrap and I could not eat it it was so salty, and I am a salt person, my co worker got a smoothie and it was terrible, warm and not a smoothie at all it was like she was drinking spinach and peanut butter juice.Zero stars.I called to tell them and they could care less, no offer to remake my wrap or her smoothie, nothing, she said she would keep it in mind for next time, there won’t be a next time.

Stopped in to try their boba, it was absolutely horrendous. There was no sugar in my drink at all and the boba pearls were hard, rubbery and tasteless, on top of that it took over 20 minutes to receive my drink.

This store is a scam. Sometimes I wonder if places like this are fake food joints for money laundering.I came here twice hoping the first time was a one-off issue. But they sell the worst boba tea I have ever had and charge nearly $8 for it. They dilute the mix until it’s basically water; even the boba pearls were tough and flavorless.They also take the drink to prepare it in the back and take forever despite a full kitchen up front. It’s obvious that they’re skimping on the mix because it takes just a couple minutes to prepare boba tea.

This is what they give me for a turkey pita? Where’s the turkey? Where’s the cheese? Where’s the sandwhich? Totally not cool and would never go back here. These people are not honest.

I became a regular but they lost a cusotmer today. Owners need to ramp up marketing so there's enough foot traffic to support a minimum of 2 employees behind the counter for speed, safety, and service. Everytime I visit there is a young girl working alone, backed up on orders and making mistakes. There is in fact a way to optimize this, good luck.

Nice neighborhood option for healthy sandwiches and wraps.

The tea was horrible. Go to the Wellington Mall for that item. Bad customer service.

West Palm Beach Location‼️Always clean and fresh!My new favorite place to eat at on break. Their smoothies are to die for. Also their signature fruity boba tea!! Come to the best ! ? ?

Love the fresh food here!!I did like it, but now it just seems like i made the food at home. Nothing unique. Please get larger forks... its hard to eat a salad with a tiny forlk

I went in for some boba without caffeine, the girl told me ALL their drinks were caffeine free. I ordered the Watermelon one, so she handed me a black Watermelon tea. I told her black tea has caffeine she said she didn't know. These people need to be trained. I'm nursing and can't have caffeine. Good thing I didn't come when i was pregnant.In addition, the boba was not edible. It was so hard and rubbery.I'll be driving ALL the way to the mall next time.
