I ordered my daughter’s 18th birthday heart shaped Spider-Man themed cake from here and it was a hit. The customer service was great and their turnaround time was great as well. No complaints. Great design and great taste.

Family owned bakery, owners are amazing people and make amazing sweets. I always stop by and grab a cappuccino and some gluten free macaroons is they have any left!

I ordered from here today, and the salesperson was not pleasant at all. Then we placed our order and the cupcake and cake were stale. I honestly regret spending my money here.

I love this place! We added it to our stop every time we’re there. Their cookies and pastries are delicious and the staff is amazingly nice! I think I might have to stop by today since I can’t stop thinking about their cookies :)

The cupcakes I received were extremely disappointing — they were dry, lacked flavor, and were nothing like what was promised. For the price I paid, I expected fresh and enjoyable cupcakes, but instead they were unpleasant and tasted stale. On top of the poor quality, the baker’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility or addressing my concerns respectfully, they were dismissive and nasty in their responses. Between the awful cupcakes and the unprofessional behavior, this experience was completely unacceptable.

When I placed my cake order, I was met with unprofessionalism from the start. The communication was extremely poor, with my messages often ignored or answered in a rude and dismissive manner. Rather than providing clear updates or showing courtesy as a business owner should, she responded with hostility and a lack of respect. The tone throughout our interactions was nasty and uncooperative, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.
This lack of professionalism and basic customer service made it clear that she does not value her customers or their experiences.

I had an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience with Wonder Sweets Bakery in Wellington Mall.

I ordered a cake for my birthday, sent a deposit via Zelle right after we discussed the order, and then Zelled the remaining balance when the cake was picked up (as instructed by the front desk). I have receipts proving BOTH payments.

Despite this, the bakery repeatedly accused me of not paying, harassed me with multiple phone calls, and claimed they only received $55. No business would release a cake if they truly hadn’t been paid, so their accusations make no sense.

On top of that, the cake was dry, tasted horrible, and didn’t taste anything like cookies and cream as promised. I provided a picture with clear instructions, yet the final product looked nothing like it — barely any glitter, piping completely different, and overall poor quality compared to the design I asked for.

Instead of showing professionalism, they became rude and insulting in messages, even lecturing me about their ingredient costs. They accused me of being dishonest for eating a cake that I fully paid for. As soon as I showed proof of both payments, they had nothing left to say — which speaks volumes about how unprofessional this situation really was.

No paying customer should be harassed on their birthday over a mistake that wasn’t theirs. I was insulted, stressed, and treated unfairly despite having proof I paid in full.

I would never recommend this bakery. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values its customers, delivers what you order, and communicates respectfully. The first picture if what I wanted the second is What i got !

I went there this past weekend and it was a lovely quaint little spot! I got a little cupcake and the tiramisu and they were both lovely! If you want a sweet treat, it’s a nice spot to stop by!

I am honestly very disappointed with this level of unprofessionalism that I was shown. I went to this bakery a month prior to plan a very simple birthday cake that I wanted done in a simple way. I have photos attached to this so that you guys can see what I wanted versus what I got. I set my pick up time to 5 PM. I walked into the bakery at 4:45 PM on the day of pick up Which the cake wasn’t ready. I was perfectly fine with that because I was 15 minutes early, but seeing that the cake was all white before I was supposed to pick it up 15 minutes prior was kind of off settling. I waited until after 5 PM. I asked them if they would like me to go pick up my catering order that I had placed at 5:15 and they had said yes and they thanked me. I came back to the bakery at 5:45 to see that my cake looked nothing like the pictures, but I had to kind of accept it because I was already 45 minutes late to a party that I planned. I am very disappointed with this level of unprofessionalism with the price that I paid for this cake not to mention that when I was cutting into the cake, there was a piece of cardboard and straw left over inside the cake so when I was cutting slices, pieces of straw ended up in the peoples cakes I want my money back. Not to mention, I texted them two weeks prior to ask what time I needed to pick up the cake. Nobody responded for two weeks. I then texted them again and asked about the time and that I didn’t get a response for two weeks and they said sorry. The cake didn’t even have anything written on it, and I specifically told who I planned this cake with that I wanted the strawberries to be black glitter, strawberries, and there was no black glitter on the strawberries at all. Their response to the cake being 45 minutes late on timing was that black is very hard to work with my only question is why wasn’t my cake done in a timely manner why was it rushed? Why did you start doing the cake 15 minutes before The pick up time if you knew that black was hard to work with and has worked with this color before why wouldn’t you start earlier?

This is an excellent bakery at the Wellington Green mall sitting kitty corner from the theater. Everything is homemade and absolutely delicious!!! Loved the cappuccino and banana bread. The cakes are scrumptious. Highly recommended!!!

“Definitely, the new management has transformed this place! The flavors are absolutely delicious, the service is excellent, and the new products are truly amazing. Everything is fresh and full of quality. I loved it and will definitely be back!”

They did a horrible job and ruined a birthday cake. They misspelled birthday and didn’t even put my son‘s name on it as you can look at the picture that I’ve attached. Then when I complained gave them the proof, they said they would refund 50% of the money that was from Luis, the manager Luis has read the messages and still has not after this date refunded any money. Do not use this bakery. Pay close attention to how birthday was spelt

This is the 4th time I've gotten sweets from this shop and the variety is very impressive. I feel like I can get something new every time and love it just as much as the last. The owners are very friendly and the shop is clean and well presented. Definitely recommend for a delicious treat!

I would give this location 0 stars if I could because they don’t even deserve one star. I ordered a cake for a graduation party (paid half the date I ordered), spent a couple of hours designing the cake and flavors, and was told that the cake would be delivered to the restaurant of the party between 12-4pm (5pm being the time of the party). At 4pm the day of the party, my friend told me the restaurant never got a cake delivery.

I started Whatsapp messaging and calling over and over to get a response back. Instead, it took 15-20 minutes for them to respond and she only spoke Spanish. After having someone translate for us, she said that she didn’t have any workers show up for the day and the cake was no where near ready.

Instead of just calling far in advance of issues, I don’t actually know what they were planning to do with the cake. Not even a heads up so we could move on. They decided to not contact us and make the entire situation worse. As an “apology”, they sent the cake UNFINISHED and sent via an UBER. To make it even worse, the top of the cake was ruined because they didnt even give a box big enough (it was a 2 tiered cake).

While I never leave reviews, let alone to small-family owned businesses, this was not only inexcusable, but for a custom cake on a graduation party to not show up and not even notified of issues is hurtful. Don’t ever trust these people with special events or any event for that matter. They will not communicate and eventually disappoint you, not to mention the cake tasted terrible.
