I just went in and ordered a couple Panini sandwiches. I got the beef and cheese and my wife got the reuben and they were both excellent. Had a chance to speak to the owner and he was very kind and passionate about what he does. This is a must try in Wesley

I ordered a small black decaf to go and was given a half cup of coffee. When I mentioned the cup was half full, the counter person said, "I didn't know if you'd want more since it's decaf." HUH?? She literally took the cup and added a splash more. And for $3.25 it was still nowhere near full. So rude. Go to Provisions or Starbucks. At least you get a full cup for the price.

Food is expensive, service is subpar and the hot sandwich was cold. Crape was expensive with barely anything in it, tasted decent though. Will not go back, not worth the expense.

I have been a regular at the other location at the Shops at Wiregrass. I highly recommend to go to the other location instead of this location at the Krate. I found the service to be rude and inpatient. The vibe is not so friendly and welcoming like the other location. From the moment we walked in it felt like we interrupted the staff from there own little party. I asked for hazelnut gelato and the man said in a high voice "where the heck is that." I pointed and he was like oh okay. I did not like the way they spoke to my mother. She is a loyal customer of the other location and was not happy with the service here. We will only be going to the Shops at Wiregrass location. The staff at this location needs to be retrained in customer service. This was disappointing as we had spoke so highly about 365 cafe to so many friends and family. But, will direct them to the other location going forward.

Loved the freshly made gelato’s. My panini was pretty good , the prosciutto was very tasty . I would have preferred the sandwich on a flaky bread but that’s just a personal preference. We ordered a giandoa ( not sure how you spell it ) that’s was ok , I wouldn’t really order that again but I definitely would the gelato . The staff was also very friendly and inviting.
