We came to the 365 Cafe specifically for the gelato shakes. They are pricey, but worth it. You can sample the different flavors before making your decision. We opted for a mint shake with whipped cream and a Bailey’s flavored shake. Both were delicious. Everything is made to order, so it’s slow, but not terrible. The up-charge for a spritz of whipped cream ($1) was a bit steep as these shakes are already expensive and it was such a small amount of whipped cream, but it is what it is. They also have a nice selection of lactose free flavors. We opted to consume our shakes on the outdoor patio seats.

Friendly workers and delicious crepes just a bit overpriced for my liking.
Owner is nasty to employees. My child arranged in advance for days off for college readiness activities and d was fired. Slow service and nasty boss not a good combination.

my husband and I went to try a milk-based and a creppe they have so much flies. Terrible. The place was super dirty, the heat was unbearable, there were too many people standing around, and the staff had terrible attitude. We'd been to the Grove , but it was just as bad.
Great coffee and great service
Freshly made waffles , friendly stuff , clean place !

I had a strawberry gelato which was very bland and overpriced. It actually tasted like it was sitting in a dirty fridge or something, it was gross!

Service was slow, Crepes were extremely expensive (~$17!), didn’t tell us an extra topping would be a whopping $2 extra. Regardless, food came out good, and the smoothie was refreshing.

Service was slow since they were understaffed and everything is made to order but the quality of the ingredients was amazing. They slice all deli meats fresh when they make their paninis. The berry waffle had so much fresh fruit. Great quality for the price.
This morning I went into 365 and asked for a hazelnut iced latte. The woman at the register checked me out and made the coffee. When I got it, there was very little ice so I asked if I could get more ice. She pointed me to the soda machine to get more ice myself. Mind you I was the only customer in the cafe, so I’m not sure why she couldn’t have just added ice, but I went and added ice from the soda machine.
I took a sip of my drink and it had a terrible taste, like the milk was spoiled. I told the lady and another man with a clipboard standing at the register I don’t like my drink and I’d like it re-made or even switched to something else. They told me they can’t do that and I’d have to pay for another drink. The coffee itself cost me $7 to begin with. I told them I don’t understand why I’d need to pay for them to swap a drink that doesn’t taste right. They said I can’t just get a new one without paying. I didn’t want a new drink, I just wanted mine switched out to one that I could drink.
Needless to say, I didn’t end up drinking my coffee and I won’t be going back.

Vegetarian so I got the only item on their savory crepe menu - I will not be coming back as it was not good- the tastes don’t blend well. It’s missing a lot of something- definitely needs cheese. Left me upset cuz I wanted something delicious for lunch. Very disappointed - $18
