The last 5 times we ordered from here we were missing items, it was put together (cooked) terribly or they were incorrect items, we had to drive back multiple times and we finally learned our lesson and checked our bag before we left. We decided to give it once more chance and it was again a mistake. Not only did we still have missing items, again, but the steak bowl was a joke. In this small container there were at most two spoonfuls of Mac n cheese and FOUR PIECES of this burnt steak. $10 for burnt something I’m assuming steak? Ridiculous, expensive, badly made and of course cold because it took 20 min more than the estimated wait time to make half of the order, the other half was sitting in the bag. We give up, not coming back.

Very friendly staff. But the service is bit slow. I placed an online order and went there 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time. Had to wait 25 minutes before I received the food, that's why 4 stars for service. But the crew member was very apologetic and loaded me with bunch of dips and extra fries, there was only one other person manning the kitchen. Food was good.

I love Arby's jamocha shakes, but this location has the worst ones. Even tried it twice to see if it was an off day. Almost no flavoring. May as well have given me a vanilla shake. Seriously disappointed.

Food is good hust double check your order I went one weekend order two half pound arby sandwiches and they gave me two doubles instead via drive thru. Wasn’t worth the time to go back and make a fuss
Dinner yesterday was great used 2 coupon with one order. Curly fries was delicious so was sandwich. Young man at window had great customers service.

I ordered jalapeno bites and potato cakes tonight, when I got home I realized I only have jalapeno bites. I tried calling the store to get my refund and they don't answer. I literally paid $9.50 for a 5-piece jalapeno bite, thanks Arby's. Oh, insult to injury.... I waited 10 minutes for it.

We got 2 gyros and frys. After we got our food no lettuce or tomatoes. We asked they said they were completely out of both lettuce and tomatoes. How does that happen when most of the food comes with that? The meat was soggy and the frys were sparse. The counter guy was nice but I feel like it's just a matter of time before they close. Not sure why the owner doesn't care about his store. This was not the first bad experience here.

Me and my friend just went through the Arby’s drive thru for a late night snack because my friend said they have the best curly fries ever. We were pleasantly surprised on how kind the guy working the drive thru was and he made our nights!! Wish we asked his name to put on the review but wanted to show appreciation for how amazing he was. Cant wait to go back!
