This is one of the few crates with spacious seating inside. Outside, they have a couch/lounge area also. The place has amazing A/C for a hot day. It's nice, clean, and spacious. The music they played was a variety for different tastes. 5/5 for atmosphere.
I walked up to a counter and was greeted immediately. They asked for my order. Put it in. Checked out. Clean and simple. You sit down and they call you to pick up your order. Service 5/5
The food...okay, so I asked for veggie fried rolls and got dumplings. I was surprised when I saw dumplings. I could've corrected the issue, but I decided to try the dumplings out. They were really good. It was made to order and the sauce was good. I dinged one star for getting the order wrong, but it was on me for not asking for the correction. The food IS good! I'd come back for sure. 4/5 for food.

What an amazing location at the krate 👏! So many restaurants to choose from but settled on Ato .. the spicy salmon poke bowl is no joke! It was spicy with the sriracha sauce, but very tasty the only thing I would say is that the texture of the rice could have been a tiny bit softer, apart from that it was delicious 😋 The staff was friendly and helpful! Check it out if you are out and about in Wesley Chapel ..

Ordered Japanese curry and the best way to describe what i ate is salty sauce on soggy chicken in a bed of cold rice (supposed to be a warm bowl). Cold poke bowl was atrocious as well, same salty sauce on old fish, ordered avocado but none were on it. Spent too much on take out to be met with some of the worst food we’ve tried. Order machine printed a blank receipt so we didn’t bother driving all the way back to return it.

The food quality has really gone down lately. We went in for our usual land and sea sushi burrito and a poke bowl. The chicken pieces were frozen and reheated. They used to use strips of freshly fried chicken. No longer. The rice was slightly stale. Feels like they are cutting corners to reduce cost. I hope it reverses.

We went there a few weeks ago and we all got food poisoning. I called and talked to Amanda the manager to let her know what had happened. She said someone higher than her in management would get back to me and at least give me a refund. Until this day, I have not heard back from anyone. We will definitely not go back to this place.

This place has some of the best gyoza around. It was super crispy and the sauce is to die for. I also had the gulf burrito and it was perfect. It also has the best a/c at the crate. You won’t get hot whiling eating your food.
