I spent over $30 and by the time I got home the pretzels were not very appetizing. Not fresh at all. Next visit i will wait for fresh.we luv them!

For this price, the pretzel was not up to par. Dry and hard, what happened to the great butter taste I love ?
Was looking forward for a nice hot n fresh pretzel. Well boy was I wrong. Bought a $7 pretzel. And it was hard stale split in half cold and very dry. I have to complain about the service. After repeating myself 3vtime pretzel please finally he understood after paying asked for a bag and he looked at me like I was from mars. Overall terrible pretzel terrible service Don't waist your time going to this one.

Here I gave one star as that's minimum I have to give, it use to be very good place to have pretzel. Today had one and it was ice cold and full of salt no proper level of service the lady offer or no greetings, and on top of that asking for tip for that cold bread...will not recommend to visit here. There are other store for same brand who serves better quality food....
