Service is good I am from NJ , these bagels are undercooked , I prefer crispier outside and cooked so dough is browned it it’s my opinion . Cream cheese was very watery , I could pour it onto the bagels

I would rate higher if the service was better. The staffs customer service is trash. Lady who answers the phone and works the counter is extremely rude and always has an attitude. She makes me feel so uncomfortable and angry. I hate going in because I’m afraid I’ll have to deal with her

HOWEVER, food is delicious. Honestly so happy to have found this gem. My family and I will pick up breakfast on Saturday's before my child’s soccer game. We love their breakfast sandwiches.

We are fortunate to have this gem nearby the house. The folks here are prompt and efficient. Order is usually wrapped up pretty quickly. I call ahead and get there within 10 minutes to find my order ready. The prices are reasonable and food is great. My goto bagel spot when I'm having a craving.

Loveee the texture of these bagels and how fresh they were. The spreads were good too! I will definitely be back! I saw a few reviews commenting about the register staff not being nice, they were nice when I was there! The muffins are really good too

The woman at the register is rude and does not know how to take orders in a timely manner. I was standing at the register for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement.

First time here. Had an everything bagel and it was delicious. My husband had a bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel and he said it was VERY good. Who will be back again

Every time I order their food it’s on point. The only thing is them fries they sell. The potatoes. It needs like salt or summ…i wish they had better tasting hash browns.

I have been coming to Bagealicious for years and I love their fresh bagels. The Asiago cheese bagel is the BEST!

The only thing I can say is that sometimes it can be difficult to make a pickup order through the phone but I understand because this place is always packed.
