Don’t order here from DoorDash. They don’t have any of the flavors they say they do! They will send you with whatever they have left at the store with chunks of ice in it because it is so old. We should have known better when there was only three toppings to choose from- graham crackers, nuts, Oreos. There’s a reason this place has such low reviews. We should’ve read those before ordering.

Went there at 7.. place says it closes at 8. Doors were locked and there were a bunch of teens outside just fooling around. They looked like employees. I can see why this place has all 1 star reviews.

There is a reason this place gets such low reviews. The staff is unfriendly, it's clear that they don't want to be there. There are SIX ice creams to chose from (THIS IS BASKIN-ROBBINS, you know 31 flavors!?)!! We left and went elsewhere. Skip it, you will only be disappointed!

Where is the owner of this place? They always have drama and just randomly close. Yesterday afternoon. they had no ice cream out and no donuts. They give no explanation and only say yes or no answers. Horrible!

Floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a month. Place was nasty. Went to order icecream and no one greeted us. They just stood there and looked at us from across the store. Walked out and will not go back.

Worse place ever. This must be one of those money laundering places because they truly suck as a business.Maybe it is a Visa card business.

Absolutely horrible. Store was dirty. Cold coffee . Ice cream freezers had over 4 inches of ice them. Never again would I go to that location

2 people working. The place was empty and very filthy. Floors all sticky with crumbs and dirt everywhere.

Read the reviews people! I ordered an ice cream cake online.... when I went to collect, it was completely melted and ruined. They could not offer me any replacement so my son was left disappointed. When my refund was processed the cashier accidentally RECHARGED me for the cake so I was over $76 in the hole. He had to then process another transaction for double refund. Disaster and will never order from there again. One plus - I will say the male cashier was very friendly. That is ALL.

Don't come here . They're out of everything . No Carmel. No cappuccino blast . Horrible service and need to fix speaker that can't hear consumers in drive thru.Shame on dunkin

This is the worst basking Robbins I visit, employees very roud, cashier was giving free items to a bunch of kids that were there.. cashier was making fun of me, those kids were getting milk and soda for free. To the owner your employees are stealing from you, you should fired them and bring decent employees.

Lobby was closed 10min prior to closing time. Stated common ice cream flavor was unavailable. Seemed as if they were done for the day. Not the first time this has happened recently, evenly with friends
