There is a reason this place gets such low reviews. The staff is unfriendly, it's clear that they don't want to be there. There are SIX ice creams to chose from (THIS IS BASKIN-ROBBINS, you know 31 flavors!?)!! We left and went elsewhere. Skip it, you will only be disappointed!

Where is the owner of this place? They always have drama and just randomly close. Yesterday afternoon. they had no ice cream out and no donuts. They give no explanation and only say yes or no answers. Horrible!

Floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a month. Place was nasty. Went to order icecream and no one greeted us. They just stood there and looked at us from across the store. Walked out and will not go back.

I understand being ready to leave after a long day of work. However, be polite or up front about it. It's 7:40 pm you close at 8. Came in and was ignored by every employee. Went over to the ice cream area and all of it was gone. When I asked about it and asked if they already packed up an employee responds,"I guess so...". Horrible service and attitudes.

How is it possible that if you are in the ice cream selling business to always be out of the most popular flavors.. strawberry, vanilla or chocolate...it's a joke now in our family each time we go to get a shake to guess what are they going to be out off. In other occasions, they out of milk, the machine doesn't work...etc. This have happened in multiple cities not just this store.BAD BUSINESS OR BAD ADMINISTRATION.

$7.00 for 2 kiddie cones!!! They were supposed to be regular scoops. They fall short of giving you what you paid for. They also did not have the flavor I wanted.......chocolate chip mint or praline pecan. First impression made a no return visit. The owner needs to know what's being put out. The reviews should tell you something.

My wife and I came in the day after thanksgiving looking for a special Turkey shaped ice cream cake. They were out, the the cashier took us to the manager who messaged ALL the surrounding BRs. To help us find one. They went above and beyond. I will make sure to return here for all my donut and ice cream needs. Alyssa the manager took my information and will call me when she locates this item. Again. Above and beyond!

Absolutely horrible. Store was dirty. Cold coffee . Ice cream freezers had over 4 inches of ice them. Never again would I go to that location

2 people working. The place was empty and very filthy. Floors all sticky with crumbs and dirt everywhere.

Read the reviews people! I ordered an ice cream cake online.... when I went to collect, it was completely melted and ruined. They could not offer me any replacement so my son was left disappointed. When my refund was processed the cashier accidentally RECHARGED me for the cake so I was over $76 in the hole. He had to then process another transaction for double refund. Disaster and will never order from there again. One plus - I will say the male cashier was very friendly. That is ALL.

Friday, 7/8/22... the employees were sitting on the counters and ignored my father whom had my 2 girls. The employees begrudgingly finally made it to them and had no sense of wanting to provide service. My father finally decided to leave and my daughter turned to look back and they made an aggressive action as if they wanted to come at her and hit her. My daughter was clearly upset and we will not be visiting this or any Baskin Robbins again... there is a reason they have fallen off the map as premiere ice cream place..
