Ordered food from this place through UberEats. Horrible tasting pizza, chicken roll and garlic knots! I am from NY and never tasted "NY" food this terrible! The recipe is probably from Staten Island!

Not sure what happened here? Was always our favorite, but last 3 times for steak and cheese sub, totally failed.Overdone, dry, tasteless. Ask for no Veggies is not a hard request!Moving from Wesley Chapel, but hope they take the advice!Best Canolli since NY, but wow. Need to look into things at that operation. Maybe sold to new owners???

Ordered pizza for delivery. Had to call multiple times and couldn’t get update other than it’s not there. After two hours and no pizza asked for refund and they immediately said call merchant. Ordered through their site and door dash said to call them. Big waste of time. Finally told me they would issue refund in 5-7 days. No apology or attempt to fix issue. Terrible customer service.

Excellent homemade dough and crust and real mushrooms! Unlike the chains with their premade crust, Best NY Pizza of Wesley Chapel has that nice crispy bite of homemade. Would’ve given 5 stars but my small mushroom and cheese pizza was lite on both. Great sauce and cheese also. I’ll be returning.

We come here every Friday night. There are a lot of choices for pizza in the area but I think because of the great service by Shelby we make this our go to spot. Great food. I highly recommend the meat roll. Its like a Stromboli but not so much dough.

Wow was i disappointed. pizza looked so good but it had no flavor, It was just so bland. We ordered the white pizza and definitely don’t recommend it.

Delivery paid over 50.dollars for my order and delivery guy left in the middle of my driveway didn't even knock on the door and the food wasn't that great call to complain and they treat you bad seem to forget with out customers no money go out of business horrible

We ordered Pizza through THEIR website for delivery. When the pizza arrived, it was freezing cold! It was less than room temperature, literally cold to the touch. I called to try to find a solution. Shelby was less than accommodating, extremely rude and combative. She told me there is nothing she can do because WE ordered through a third party. We ordered directly through this Pizza's Website and THEY have integrated DoorDash into their delivery. I tried to ask more questions as to when the Pizza was made/picked up however her literally response was "We are too busy to check Hun". She said she was "lead manager" and I had to ask for the Manager. Patrick was no better. He was cutting me off, aggressive and taking no accountability. He was also trying to blame it on US using a third party. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was never offered a solution. I was yelled and their only solution after 10 mins was "I can make a new pizza, but we won't deliver it"..... After calling Doordash, I was told THE MERCHANT took the payment and it is them who has to give us the refund.We are extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of empathy. They think they are too busy for a lack in communication on their end and won't take any fault. We did like their Pizza the best But doubt we will order from them BASED ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
