I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had at Bianco on December 24th, Christmas Eve.

During my visit, I encountered an issue with my coffee, which I felt was watered down. When I kindly requested to have it redone, I was met with an unexpected and distressing response from one of your employees. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, the employee raised their voice and instructed me to shop elsewhere, specifically suggesting I go to Starbucks, all in a very rude tone.

I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. This interaction left me feeling disheartened and unvalued as a customer.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that future interactions at Bianco can reflect the high standards of customer service that I know your establishment strives to uphold.

Very expensive and very rude girl on the cashier, treated my kids in a very rude way

It is the first visit I made to the place, terrible cleaning, dirty floor, they did not have napkins, the attention of the employee with a very bad attitude and they barely made us a small portion of the ice cream,,, which we were barely able to try, since it was an option natural, but we were simply disappointed...

This place is perfect for allergy sufferers.They are super clean, each ice cream bar has its server without contamination or risks. Happiness, we need many more places like this. We will love Allergy sufferers more

Parking: It is spacious and you will always find a place to park.

Kid-friendliness: Parks. Super entertaining little trains for children

My experience here was definitely good—I had the best gelato/smoothie I have ever tasted. I usually prefer strawberry banana (they were out of banana), so I went with their strawberry lemon and vanilla smoothie and was not disappointed at all.They seemed short staffed and only one other family walked in to view the menu and back out. There was an older lady and she was very accommodating to my preferences and kind. My boyfriend also tried the remaining amount of the smoothie left over from the blender and loved it just as much as myself! I wish we had a gelato place local to where I live.Cleanliness of the restaurant/atmosphere could use some work.

Bianco Gelato is one of the best Gelato we've ever had. It's very flavorful. Each bitecis creamy. This product is slow to melt. The ambiance of the little shop is amazing and quaint. It's colorful and comfortable. Our service was awesome! The server was patient and helpful. She was friendly and she even offered us free samples. It's an easy one minute walk from the parking lot. Overall, we truly enjoyed stopping in for a sweet treat after dinner tonight.

Gelato is great. Service not so much. Ordered an americano coffee. Coffee shop was out of sleeves. The cup was too hot to even hold. Asked to double to cup so I could hold my coffee without burning my hand. They told me no. Cups are counted. Use a napkin

The most racist and rude workers the girls at the shop have no customer service skills, were very rude and clearly racist and didn’t want to serve me. Meanwhile they were being super nice and helpful to other girls right next to me. I walked the entire mall looking for gelato super excited and didn’t even get to get it. Super disappointed, deserves 0 stars
