Best place for bagels - always fresh - lots of choices and combinations - great choice of coffees - service with a smile -
Well I went here today and ran across a situation. First I see the one cashier messing around with his face and hair so I am like ewww dont want him handling my food so I start telling the other cashier my order BUT I look to the left and one of the girls making food is eating with her gloves on and the glove is touching her mouth as she is doing so. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.!!! They literally just stole $23 from me. I ordered, payed, then they tell me their system is down and refused to give me my food or my money. The charge is on my account, but they did not care. Customer service here is always bad, but this is the last straw. I was going here a couple times a week and spending $20-25 each time. I'm done though. Hope you enjoy my $23 because it's the last cent you get from me!
