Born and raised in Brooklyn. I grew up eating the best bagels, these are not it! I was disappointed the first time. I decided to go back a year or two later to give them another try, equally as disappointed. Dry and hard bagels on the very first day. As others mentioned, the staff (guy at register) not friendly.

Very average, the salmon bagel doesn’t come with capers (?) the service was some of the worst I’ve ever seen, and it was extremely expensive.

Always delicious bagels! The Reuben was amazing, and I live their coffee draft station! And coffee ice cubes so it doesn't get watered down! If you are looking for a breakfast or lunch place that's fast, but not greasy fast food, go! And if you're driving through Florida off 75 It's right by the exit, it's a super quick stop en route to your vacation!

Quiet whenever we've gone. Great gluten free bagels and topping options.

We tried Brooklyn Bagel while checking out something new in our city, but the experience was disappointing. The service was subpar and unengaged, and while the food wasn’t terrible, it also wasn’t good. Just average at best.

Nothing stood out in a positive way, and the overall experience felt underwhelming from start to finish. It was so consistently mediocre that I felt compelled to write a review.

Unfortunately, this isn’t a place we’d return to.

I ordered a Williamsburg on a sourdough everything bagel, with capers (up charge) and toasted. I was delivered a plain bagel, no capers, and not toasted.

As usual great service good food. Only minor issue is I wish we would get more bacon added to our bacon and egg sandwich. And not have to pay extra. I'm not a fan of thick eggs on my bagel and perhaps two slices of bacon.

A great breakfast spot if you like bagels. If you're into savory flavors I suggest the veggie cream cheese on a Black Russian with seeds! Get it toasted and no worries they are very generous with the cream cheese.

Best bagels around. They don't even need to be toasted and still have crunch. Iced coffee is really good to with the Cubsta ice cubes.

They have the best scallion cream cheese, and pastrami egg and cheese. But the kicker is the iced coffee bar with coffee ice cubes so your coffee never waters, only gets better. LOVE!!

I just go here for the great bagels but it’s often busy at breakfast & lunch so their other food items must be pretty good as well. If you’re in the mood for a bagel as close as you’ll get to the real thing south of NJ, this is the place to go!

Sub par at best. Bagels were not soft. My kid ordered a chicken breast and avocado sandwich and the chicken was definitely old. Eggs looked and tasted like they were from a carton.

I had to put a neutral review because I had both a bad and good experience.
The bad was that the bacon egg and cheese sandwich seemed to have been made of powdered egg. When I would bite into it, I could feel water squeezing out of it. It was soft and mushy.
I just got off a cruise and it was like their egg.
Also it was only cut halfway through and I had to cut it with a plastic knife which was hard and left paper fragments in my sandwich. I ate about 1/3 of it and went to talk with someone.

They were unsure if it was powdered eggs but said I could exchange it for a muffin.

The muffin was great.

Also my wife loved her bagel with cream cheese and bacon.
