I have been here a couple times and it usually goes smoothly when with the right workers. There is one lady that sometimes runs the cash register that will ruin your morning the minute you walk in. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. Great bagels. Customer service, not so much.
The actual bagel was pretty good. I got a BEC on everything. Was disappointed that they did not have egg bagels. They also do not customize eggs. They are fluffy scrambled eggs and they will only serve it this way. I wanted fried.
What’s Aidan’s problem? He’s like one of those angsty awkward teens who uses being SUPER rude as a defense mechanism for being so awkward. Maybe not work the front register then???
