I order this via uber eats from BWW. It took close to two hours to come to me. Idk if its the fault of the location or the driver but it is what it is. The had this special that I saw an add for. The food was nasty. I only ate it because I was starving. I'm giving 2 stars due to the cheap price for so much food but the quality has went down quite a bit at this place.

I haven’t been here in YEARS and now I remember why. The food and service was AWFUL! Wings were over-cooked, half-way sauced, fries were cold and hard, server was MIA and plates were not cleared off table so we had no room. The line to be seated was out the door but no one could be sat as there were at least 12 dirty tables that were awaiting to be cleaned. Restaurant itself was FILTHY! Shift Manager, Sydelle, was less than friendly and blamed her attitude and horrible service due to being short-staffed, which is not the customer’s fault. I will never return as the food and service is still as awful as I remembered years ago.

They always predict half the time needed for the wings. 30min _= an hour. If you know this you will be fine. It just sucks when my other food goes bad in the car and they keep
Saying 1 min. Honesty is best- I could have brought my other food home and come back.

When I marked down the service, it had nothing to do with the folks who served me.. whoever handles scheduling for this location should be reprimanded... opening NFL night with the Eagles and Cowbows and only ONE bartender...🤦🏿‍♂️ our server Nardine did a great job coping, but the staff there were not set up to succeed...🤷🏾‍♂️

This last visit reminded us why we havent come back in 10 years. Took 5 minutes to be recognized at the front to get a table when the place was half empty. We went in to get appetizers and the promotion that was happening, just to find out they were out of 5 items we wanted. The food was very good and wings sauced great but didnt get what we wanted and came for. Soda machine not working, sent drink back 2 times due to no flavor or carbonation. Server came up with excuses thst made no sense when it came to out of stock items or her not asking us what sauces we wanted. Pretty lame experience. Might visit in another 10 years.

I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings at 26725 FL‑56, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 on August 31, 2025, around 10 PM EST with two friends (party of 3). I’ve been to many Buffalo wild wings locations, and in the bar area it’s always been seat‑yourself. This time, there was no host at the front, no sign, no instructions — so we grabbed a table in the bar area like usual.

No one came to greet us, take our order, or even acknowledge us. After waiting, I went to the bartender to ask if I should order with her or if someone was coming. Her response?
> “Did you seat yourselves?”
I said yes. She replied, “You need to have a table from the host,” and then walked away — no offer to get the host, no “please wait,” no help whatsoever.

So I went back to the entrance where the host stand is and waited. No one came. The bartender could clearly see me from the bar area — we made eye contact multiple times — and still she did nothing. Two waiters were standing around talking while I was visibly looking for help. Not one person stepped up to seat us, offer a menu, or even ask if we needed anything.

We were ready to order beers, food, and hang out — but instead we were treated like we didn’t exist. After being ignored for this long, we left. If it takes this much effort just to get seated, I can only imagine how long it would take to actually get served.

I understand staffing shortages happen, but this wasn’t about being busy — this was about blatant indifference, zero communication, and no respect for customers. A simple “please wait” or “let me grab someone” would have been basic courtesy. Instead, we got attitude, neglect, and a total lack of professionalism.

Walked in hungry, left invisible — worst ‘service’ I’ve never had.

If you value your time, your money, or even basic human acknowledgment — avoid this location at all costs.

We have been here so many times- always great - today was different.
The fries tasted old- the onion rings were greasy - I literally threw up in the parking lot- thought it was out of my system- but while shopping at the outlets I frequently had to visit the restroom wherever we were.
It was horrible- had the trots all day.
I’m not sure what caused it but I hadn’t eaten all day before visiting here- it was terrible.

Had a great outing mainly due to my bartender Aaliyah. She was attentive, on top of all things (for all patrons), was super friendly and seems to know a lot of the regulars with a great disposition!!! I would come again purely because of the service with a great smile!!!

I placed my order at 12:15 even called to make sure kitchen was open they agreed got there they said they moved my order to tmrw 11 pm this is crazy no call no nothing horrible service recommend going here

Sat on patio w/pets.. took several mins for waitress to come after hostess gave us water after we asked. We knew the specials but asked waitress if there were any. She just answers yes w/o explaining. Ordered mozzarella sticks and fried pickles to start. From time we entered til getting waitresses attention by raising hands as to where our food was; she dropped her mouth as if she’d forgot so we walked out after 50 mins for 2 appetizers. No one following us to the door to ask why. Horrible service and we will never choose this location again after reading reviews. We were so looking forward to our appetizers. 😥. By the way; Nardine was the clueless waitress ..
