Once a week we order sandwich and ff were cold sandwich missing things. Most time we're missing silverware and napkins. We enjoy the Caesar salad and wings. No problem at takeout

I gotta be honest, i moved here from south tampa. The south tampa one was notorious for being so behind and running late with online orders to the point i planned on showing up 30 mins past the order time. I was there 5 minutes early today to test it out and it was ready. A first for me from Buffalo wild wings and something so small made a difference so i appreciate it.

Wings came from an Ethiopian free range chicken- stick to the boneless because at least you have something to chew on. Wayyyyy too much sauce to chicken ratio, fries were cold upon delivery, dipping sauces were half full on a 20 wings. Like c'mon now, change your name from Buffalo wild wings because if you're a wing spot, you wouldn't serve this shit.

We order from here once every other week. I wish I was kidding but every time they have messed up our order. The only reason we keep coming back is because we love the food so much and it's convenient. But like tonight, no fries or potato wedges with our order. Just wish there was a little more attention to detail there 😩

That was a group of four that went during the football games. Service was really slow. It to 20 minutes to get drinks and over half an hour for us to get our meals. All of the fries were cold and burgers were burnt. Not a great experience.

When I called before I got there an employee told me over the phone that they were playing the packers and Ravens game on Peacock network! Then when I get there the employees and management team said they don’t have peacock network! Please don’t give false information to your guess because that disrespectful to me the NFL and yourself!

You can order your food ahead of time and you can still expect to wait another 10 mins on top of a sloppy job and short wings. So annoyed, you have to eat inside for them to be able to get your order right

Came back again tonight. Still disappointed.. made me wait over 45 mins for my order for it to be INCORRECT. Was so mad when I got home! Tried to call the restaurant Alex picked up and I asked to speak to a manager the dude just put me on a 20 minute hold I will call Tomorrow and let them know the situation. I want a refund! I wamted original Buffalo and hot. They gave me spicy garlic and some chipotle flavored sauced! Are the people in the Back cooking high?

Ordered from this location, missing items as well as food quality being way passed POOR! Called to complain spoke with a manager (Jordan) who brushed me off as if it was my fault that I chose to order delivery!! As a manager why would you guilt trip a customer into believing that they are the reason their food was missing / disgusting ?! Retrain her or put her in the kitchen instead!
