I was picking up an order I was delivering via UberEats and I spoke with David. He was very friendly and checked the order to ensure everything was in the bag and then I ordered a couple things for my kids which he got for me quickly, since I was needing to go quickly and deliver the UberEats order. He made the experience easy and enjoyable!

No ice for drinks and are flat. Order Taker doesn't listen to full order and will end order abruptly. Fries no salt. Mozzarella fries didn't hit today. And didn't give straws for drinks at first😭😭

Came here to get the strawberry pie, they gave us chocolate. No biggie. We go around the drive thru again to let them know. Although she was polite, she insisted we asked for chocolate (we literally came to specifically try the strawberry, we did not say chocolate) she made us pay for the strawberry one in order to get it instead of exchanging it. she didnt even ask she just went straight to we needed to pay for it. The second window tried to exchange it but i said no since the last girl made us pay for both of them already
