I went to Burger King tonight they had a sign posted no whopper jr buns or potato buns. We get home I have a potato bun on my whopper and cold fries. These fast food establishments need to get it together they have gone up on food prices but serve crappy food. I’m a customer you do not deserve my hard earn money if you can’t give me fresh food cooked the right way with the original bun instead of a potato bun. This is unacceptable Burger King!

Spent 40 minutes waiting for an incomplete order. The entire time I waited the cooks were complaining about working and saying how it’s way too busy and they were going to call the manager to close. Meanwhile there were three people waiting for their food and there was no one at the drive through. This is horrible customer service. The young man at the register was very nice and polite I could tell he was embarrassed about his coworkers comments. I spent $40 on two whopper meals with two shakes, a kids meal and an order of chicken fries for them to be out of the shakes, lettuce & tomato. This is the worst Burger King I have been to. If it continues like this I see this bk losing so much business. Please do better and hire staff that are actually there to work instead of complaining in front of customers.

Got two sausage egg cheese croissants this morning we couldn't even bite into the croissants they were so hard .I love these breakfast sandwiches never have I had tht b4 called them after the wouldn't let me talk b to manager . Got massive diarrhea never had tht problem b4

Quincy is so polite and well deserving of a raise, If I come back and he doesn’t make atleast 18/hr I’m telling him to work for me and make that money son. He needs to use his superb customer service skills somewhere he will be appreciated.

I don’t understand why drive through takes 20 minutes. Every single time I go past 9pm. There’s gotta be general managers that don’t know what’s going on. This is ridiculous and to be stuck between cars is crazy. Literally 22 minutes in the drive through.

Couldn’t even even make a simple plain whopper with ketchup and mustard the proper way. When they screwed it up the first time and I brought it back, the manager gave me another one that was so overloaded with condiments it was impossible to eat without making a huge mess. So we got people making food in the back who can’t properly read a screen and then we have a manager who can’t make a simple plain whopper? This place is cooked.
I guess I'm done giving them a chance. For the price you pay now days, the food is never done right. Soda machines were flat. Sesame seed buns were not fresh. Tables were left filthy.
When you paid $7 for a meal it was tolerable but at $13, this is just plan unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this was my last time.

OK SO I had the pleasure of being waited on by Shawn .he was really sweet... He didn't take my order but he came and helped.. but during this time there was a lady who came in a nighty cursing showing her behind she cursed everyone out.. she got her money back new food and was just nasty im going to say this yall sownur behinds at these restaurants and expect people not to have reactions... I wanna say thank u to everyone on shift that day because just because of that lady it would have been my last day I would have called the police on her my kids was in the lobby and all great job store manager not letting her get u out of character.. food was amazing service was a amazing the Google reviews does not match with my service I've gotten at this location..
