They claim the system was down at 11pm which I don’t believe at all. If this gets to corporate please spot check this location to see if system was really down or employees are being lazy.

Burger and chicken wrap were delicious, as expected. Saw paper napkins on the floor, which someone could easily clean up, getting a higher rating on Atmosphere. It has been remodeled in the last couple of years, so it doesn't look outdated. Otherwise, it's right off I75 and Hwy54, which is convenient.

This BK is the place to go. They always go above and beyond, unlike the other BK location on Bruce B Downs on North Tampa 10 minutes south next to Walmart, a couple of bad experiences there I never returned to this spot.I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to be at this friendly courteous place here.

Every time I go to this location my order gets messed up and I have to go back inside to fix it. Today was the last straw for me as I went in for lunch and ordered a bacon chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise. When they gave me my sandwich from the drive-thru it had mayonnaise on it. I parked went inside and waited another 10 minutes for them to fix the sandwich with no mayonnaise. After I left I went home and there was mayonnaise on the remade sandwich. I wasted 10 minutes in line in the Drive-Thru and 10 minutes going inside the store to get this corrected, and it still wasn't corrected. Really not happy as I do not have time left now on my break to go back and resolve yet again. The incompetence at this location is ridiculous.

It's been at least 10 years since I went to a Burger King. And boy has the taste changed, not for the better. Service was fantastic. And I don't care for children running around like little wild people. So, last time for me.

If someone orders something fresh, that means fresh, onion rings cold and the burgers were squished and old. I can tell because I used to work for Burger King and burgers sitting for a while start to stick to the wrappers .Get your staff in order.

I am allergic to onions. Terrible GI issues. Ordered burger and said "No onions." Upon looking at receipt when my order came up I said that the receipt did not state "no onions" but all I got was blank silent stares. Then "don't worry." Halfway through eating it I found onions, and could not scrape them off as they were stuck to the glooey cheese. I had to drive quickly home. This happened at the same outlet a few years earlier too! Restaurants should be more focus on food allergies. If I said it in Spanish would it have mattered? Most of my dining area habitue were blue collar. Maybe that's what the owner caterers to?

My large fry container only came filled up half way, and no there was not a single fry loose in the bag. Not a spec of salt on them either. It’s like eating cardboard. Doesn’t take much to impress me at a fast food place, I know what to expect. But cmon salt the dang fries and at least put a proper portion in the container. I eat at BK all the time, they usually come full. Cost of the food has gone way up in the last couple years, and the quality has just gotten worse. We are paying restaurant prices for fast food, at least give us what we pay for

Where to begin... we stopped in on a Friday night around 830pm. Lights were practically all out, sign was unlit, parking lot basically empty but saw people inside.Ordered 3 items and 1 drink. All 3 came out wrong. The drink was useless since the ice machines were all down, yes all of them we were told.The employee even laughed about how long they've been down. Clearly we requested a refund since it was 75 degrees outside & a warm pop won't help quench our thirst.Burgers were rather disgusting. Buns were stale & toppings were scarce.Save your time & don't try this place. Go next door to Waffle House

Dont do it!! 20 min to get food and it was not even fresh.no ice for drinks, dirty bathrooms, slow staff. Go anywhere but
