Ordered curbside, empty restaurant had to call multiple times to get an answer. I asked for no monger sauce and got no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles and no onions, and I wasn’t aware the burgers came medium. I used to love this place.

We were regular customers
before, but two recent disappointments have made us decide not to return.
1. The burger didn’t look appetizing; it was soggy, almost like soup.
2. The staff struggled to follow instructions correctly. We had to repeat the order multiple times. We paid for two patties in one burger, but only received one.
3. The lettuce pieces were tiny, soggy, and barely noticeable. The onions we requested (and repeated twice) were missing, and a tomato was added to one of the orders without being requested.
4. We asked for two orders to dine in and one to go, but all three ended up being packed for takeout.
5. The kitchen staff seemed to ignore instructions even after the front staff repeated them. When we politely complained, one of the cooks laughed, making it seem like they didn’t care.
6. Finally, the person at the counter ended up making the burger herself to ensure it was prepared correctly and looked edible.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I should have read the reviews before go. It was my favorite place, I cried when I received the food, How can they destroy a nice place with great food by turning it into a mediocre dirty place with rude staff. Horrible experience.
The hamburgers, besides being smaller than McDonald's, were tasteless, salad used for burgers smelled old poor quality French fries used oil that probably hasn't been changed for weeks.
stay away.

I was excited to revisit this place in Wesley Chapel, as it used to be a favorite. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We faced a long wait to place our order and an even longer wait for the food, with only three staff members working at a slow pace. The customer service was poor and inattentive.
To make matters worse, I found a fly in my tea. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were not apologetic at all, which was extremely frustrating.
The food quality has declined, too—my fries were cold. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition and had a terrible smell, affecting the overall ambiance. For the price we paid, it was not worth it.
This visit was a letdown, and I hope the restaurant addresses these issues. Sadly, I won't be returning anytime soon.

I never write reviews unless it’s very positive or very negative this is very negative. You can have bad service and a poor product. The restaurant was smoked down as the staff never had the hood vents on, waited at the register for a solid five minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone working there. After finally getting my order placed and receiving my food it was hard to even find a table that was clean. All this for a mediocre dry burger average at best with the soundtrack of staff arguing with each other the whole time.

I got the kids meal I asked for egg and beacon last order picked it up no egg no beacon then today ordered the same thing got egg got beacon but I only got half of the burger meat. Every time I order it's always something wrong. I work at the hospital so I only have time to pick up the order no time to check gotta get back to patients it saddens me because I spend at least 30-50 dollars each time I order.

The first time here, the place wasn't too bad, the food was ok, normally I write more, but pictures speak for themselves. Will say the relish that was on the hot dog didn't taste good at all it over powered all other items on the dog & I love relish on my hotdogs! Next time, a reminder to self ask for "NO" relish on the dog!

Sunday before Labor day. Not too busy. Everything is a price separately. They offer beers and some ales. Fountain drinks and water.
Ordered Peppered Pig, Monger Dog, onion rings. Burger wasn't too bad, very juicy. However, the sweet relish took over the dog, though, much too sweet for my tastes. Onion rings were a bit salty but delicious.
Bf ordered Steakhouse monger , monger dog, and chili cheese fries. Tried the mango habanero ketchup and truffle parmesan ketchup. Mango was a bit strange, but the truffle parm was yum. They offer shakes of various flavors.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was clean. The music was decent. Good visit.

Monger Burger: A Juicy Delight
I recently had the pleasure of trying Monger Burger in Wesley Chapel, and I was thoroughly impressed. This local gem offers a simple yet satisfying menu that focuses on crafting delicious burgers.
The star of the show, of course, is the burger. I opted for the classic cheeseburger, and it was cooked to perfection. The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the cheese melted beautifully. The bun was soft and fresh, providing the perfect base for the juicy patty and toppings.
I also tried their fries, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They were the perfect complement to the burger.
The atmosphere at Monger Burger is casual and inviting, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a casual meal with friends. The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience.
If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying burger, I highly recommend giving Monger Burger a try. You won't be disappointed!
1st visit here 8-11-24. I usually don't give negative reviews, but I'm not sure how this place got "best berger" in tampa. Someone must know someone. Our visit was 3 single patty burgers, mozzarella sticks, 1 large fry, and 3 small drinks. $58. My berger patty maybe covered 75% of the bun. Flavor was "bland," says my daughter, I agreed. I could name many burgers that are much better. 5 Guys, blows them away. Texas Roadhouse, way better. I would say that when Arby's does their limited time burgers, they are better than Burger Monger. The atmosphere is McDonald's or Berger King at best.
Don't waste your time and especially money on this overpriced average fast food berger. None of the 3 of us have a desire to ever return here for a berger. Kids said that sucked.
