Employees gave away my food to the wrong person and argued with me that there was nothing they could do. Told me to call corporate or DoorDash but I ordered directly through their app.

two blonde girls gave me excellent service and were so sweet

Went to Charley’s yesterday at 3:55pm ordered what I assumed to be a chicken Philly meal and separate order of wings was charged for a sandwich wings and a drink when I returned into the store after seeing I did not have a order of fries the girl at the counter “Jules” I assume as posted on the receipt was very rude and told me I would have to make a new order and pay for that as well when I tried to have my order corrected I was told I didn’t have to come back to this store
The store was filthy and ran by children the restroom was disgusting the rugs in front of the restrooms were all pulled up and wrinkled up all over the floor due to a Spill The floors were sticky, and my wife almost fell on the way out of the restroom
The wings were burnt I did not receive the proper order so I asked for a full refund and got questioned by all of the staff on why I wanted a refund I am from Philadelphia and Charlie’s so I assumed it was a good place to stop. I would not recommend this facility due to the lack of Cleanliness and respect the staff show customers

Crowded and dirty. Food was very underwhelming, ordered a small and a regular. Different buns but the same small amount of meat. Also didn’t appreciate the music choices with vulgar lyrics played loudly in dining area. Very disappointed, nothing like advertised.

These were the “cheese fries”. Little bit of shredded cheese sprinkled on top. Not even melted. What happened to the cheese sauce?!! Absolutely ABSURD 😭

Rude employees and you basically are eating nothing but bread because they put like no meat on there. Stop charging what you are if you aren’t gonna put meat on the sandwich! Girl behind the counter seems like she doesn’t wanna be there . So tired of these food places charging what they do and there is absolutely no quality.

Ordered extra steak on my Philly with all condiments. They put a little steak, no lettuce, no mushrooms, no mayo, no peppers, no tomatoes, no extra steak that I paid for.
