Charleys Cheesesteaks

I stopped at Charley’s today and was really impressed! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had in a while. Even though the place was super busy, the service was fast and well-organized. The girl at the counter was so friendly and helpful, making sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. The guy working the grill was quick and kept the orders coming out right on time. Great teamwork, great food, and overall an awesome experience!

10/10 service. the teenager named jules complimented me and made me feel so confident. my food took less than 3 minutes and was hot and fresh. ❤️

The atmosphere was horrible. Some girl (worker) was too busy talking to two dudes rather than doing her job and attending customers, there was only one guy actually doing his job all by himself, while the other girl was goofing of with two random dudes she was screaming and being so loud and unprofessional. I felt so bad for the one guy that was left to do all the work on his own. It was so unpleasant, and the place looked like it was ran by teenagers.

I walked in to dine in with husband, there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. One of them already had an order and the other was waiting. I was standing there trying to get someones attention to take my order as I was standing there for a long time. Finally the girl behind the counter came up as if it was an inconvenience to her to take my order. I proceeded to order 6 wings and fries with a drink. She immediately and very rudely mentioned that it would take 30 minutes to make. Because my husband was super hungry we accepted the wait. No smile from the girl, she looked miserable as if she was unhappy with her life choices and working there.
All the tables were messy and dirty. I wiped my own table sat down and waited.
We waited more than 30 minutes for our order. I did not complain to her because she looked as if she just was not going to care. She handed the order to be in a to go container as if she wanted us out of there. We did not complain once for the wait or the filthiness, or bad attitude. There was at least 3 other customers that came in after we did and got their food way before we did.

I understand you might be understaffed, I understand if maybe we have a long wait for fresh wings. But there is no excuse for the bad attitude or the filthy tables. I observed her come up to the soda machine 3x to get herself something to drink and dillydally her way back behind the counter. she could of easily picked up a towel and wiped the counters and tables down for customers to eat comfortably.

Very unsatisfied with this location, I will never be back there again just to avoid the attitude, bad service and filth.

Order verbally confirmed still made wrong which was no mayo to correct the mistake the same meat was taken off the sandwich put on the grill for a few seconds than added to new bread the mayo was already on the meat you can't just cook it off ...wow

I would give a 0 star but it only allowed one star at the lowest I came in for a DRINK one drink and the person behind me orderd food and got stuff 1st I won't be returning back forget them $3 I even tried calling for a manger no answer

I had a very poor experience at Charlie’s. I came in at 7:12 pm, well before the posted 8:00 pm closing time, to order fries. One employee — a short man — repeatedly pushed us to leave because they were “closing soon.” After we left, I saw him and the other staff sitting around talking and laughing instead of cleaning or preparing to close, and they even turned away other customers before 8:00 pm. If the priority is to stop serving early and hang out instead of working, they might as well close the store entirely.

I had the pleasure of eating at Charley’s today but the service was TERRIBLE!!!
First, they had no regular size lids for the cups, when I asked the two younger girls about lids.. they both looked at me like I was speaking a different language then went and started to play patty cake.. a young man seen me still just standing there and asked again.. he finally got me the lids. The next thing was our wing order was wrong they gave us bbq instead of buffalo.. I said something again to the young girls and again they both looked at each other like I had no idea what I was talking about.. the same young man walked back over and I told him they were supposed to be buffalo and he said “yes ma’am the screen says buffalo” FINALLY, I went to use the bathroom both female and male bathrooms were OUT of toilet paper, paper towels and soap! Also there was a roach on the floor!!! I asked for paper towels and toilet paper and by this time a different young kid was apologetic because at this point they could tell I was mad. The experience was terrible! And I will prob never be back to eat there again! A bunch of teenagers just standing around playing games!!

Laith was very courteous and friendly. He greeted us with a smile as well as other customers.

YOUSEF was the absolute best ….i was with an autistic client and he had patience with us in ordering … he also was very kind in explaining the change he received back while making sure my client understood … he even went over the toppings with us which was very kind of him … our sandwich came out to perfection …. we definitely enjoyed having lunch here..

Yousef got my food out nice and quick with great efficiency and quality! Definitely coming back for more! 😋
