First and worst experience ever. Placed an order through the Charleys app for delivery. Ordered 3 sandwiches, one was missing from the bag. Not sure if the store left it out of the bag, or the 3rd party delivery driver (can't even be sure which service was used) took one. Either way, not my problem, I paid for three. Tried calling the store and the phone rang at least 12 times before someone just picked it up and hung up without saying a word. Tried calling back, phone just rings. Can't seek recourse through the app because the app just tells you to call the store. Fine, I will charge back the order to my credit card and I'm one and done. Zero customer service, zero order support.

Love these cheese steaks. Music was a bit loud, but staff was friendly. Also parking is not easy because it's located in the mall.
Fabulous experience. This, Charlie knows what they are doing. Everything was very fresh. Everything was very hot. The establishment was incredibly clean. I highly recommend getting a Philly cheesesteak here super fresh fries.
