Busy but still plenty of tables. Food great as always. There was a lot of food delivery drivers waiting. Big group of teenagers came in to order, but still got our food fast and servered with table by friendly staff.

I’ve been a VP of Sales in the hotel industry for over a decade. I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to Wesley Chapel in 2021 & it is by far the most hospitable food establishment ever & has the highest quality of fast food (always made fresh, hot & rarely mistakes). The entire staff is CONSISTENTLY delivering top-tier service & Steven is the icing on the cake. Outstanding management. Great work CFA!

I ordered a bunch of stuff and got a milkshake. Kindly asked for a tiny cup of whipped cream for my dog and offered to pay since the other chickfilas near my house always do that. Damien was extremely rude and dismissive and said no and just walked away. I have been going to Chick-fil-A for years and never experienced that kind of attitude. Stay away from this location
