They forgot to give me my toppings for the Southwest Spicy Chicken Salad. I got home and when I called to ask if the toppings maybe changed or if they forgot to give them to me, I was told by the manager that toppings for the salad are sold with the salad but as “an extra” and not a part of the salad, so I should not be upset that it wasn’t in my bag with my order because technically it’s not a part of the salad. Awful customer service and no accountability.

I wish I could give this location a better score. Kids chocolate milk was previously opened even from the tin foil underneath and was sour, ordered 3 meals total, grilled chicken tenders were very small in size and on the dry size not hot either and I live 5 minutes away, yet the Mac and cheese was hot but the fries were not hot either. Staff were literally sitting around near the check out areas just chit chatting about plans for the night and gossip. That took me back to my middle school days.
