I had such a great first experience at the new Chick-fil-A in Wesley Chapel on Curley Road! I was having some issues with my mobile order, and instead of just moving me along, Desmond went above and beyond to help me navigate the app and complete my order with ease. His patience and professionalism truly stood out—he’s such an asset to Chick-fil-A! Because of his outstanding customer service, this definitely won’t be my last visit.
Great hourly team members who ALWAYS have a smile on their face! The problem is the owner at this location. I have watched this man park in the front parking spot and walk inside just to PUBLICLY insult and degrade these same great hourly employees. HR and marketing are all his family, so they stand by and say nothing. This is all highly concerning behavior and I understand why turnover is high at this new location.
I had the most wonderful experience while visiting this location. I was in the drive through with two crying and screaming toddlers that were literally sending me into an adult meltdown and two middle schoolers fighting over the air (nothing of importance). When suddenly an employee walked up with our order and shifted the whole mood of the car. She saw the distress in my face and asked is she could speak to my kids, when I agreed she then leaned over and smiled at them and started...
