I had the pleasure of being served by Hunter at Chili’s, and he truly made my dining experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, Hunter greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and an energy that made us feel right at home. He was incredibly attentive, always checking in at the perfect moments without being overbearing, and his recommendations were spot on. It’s clear that he takes pride in providing top-notch service. I had the 6oz sirloin with garlic mushrooms and asparagus. Sirloin cooked perfectly- medium rare- vegetables good. Got my rewards of salsa and chips. Only reason I gave a 4 on food was because they showed broccoli on the menu, but they are no longer carrying it. Mash potatoes have the skins mixed in. The 3 for me now gives you a smaller cup of soup but still a good price for what you are getting altogether.

Only reason why I’m giving even three stars is because of your bartender Kim she is phenomenal but every time I order food whoever the cook is They are straight trash. I always have to get it fixed. You guys need a new cook and I go different times out throughout the week sporadically so every time for my meal to not right ,so ridiculous! But your bartender keeps me going there because she corrects my meal and gets it right every time I have to resend it back and it comes back, but just letting you know as somebody who also works in a restaurant, your cook does not care about the guest Your guest all!

Arrived here at 1:50 PM. Restaurant 3/4 empty. Hostess says 15 min wait due to “over staffing???”. Ask if I can sit in bar area, she says no they are too busy as well. Meanwhile, standing at front door waiting, 3 different groups of people walk in past hostess and sit in the bar. Says nothing to them. Still waiting for the 15 mins and finally get seated. BTW needed seating for one.

I decided to give Chili’s a try after seeing a segment about its comeback on CNBC. Wanted to see what the hype is about and try the famous cheese pull. We ordered the triple dipper with the mozzarella sticks, sliders and southwestern egg rolls. The plate is good to share and gives a good variety to taste. The cheese pull delivered.

The main was the bbq plate with ribs etc. We asked for sauce on the side and they forgot, so had to return it for a redo. The ribs were good, the tenders are very, almost too sticky.

The kid’s corn was so incredibly bland and mushy, had to be returned also.

The service overall was slow and a disappointing, with two items being returned.

But this place is family friendly and has a lot of screens if you want to watch sports.

For dessert, there was 3 of us and we shared the kid’s mini chocolate molten cake. Plenty!

Overall the food is very salty and makes you feel weird afterwards. Price is good though! Would not go back.
