Have ordered pick up and delivery numerous times. Tonight only received 2/3 meals. Such a disappointment. Not sure if it was a delivery issue or a restaurant one. Don’t see the cc charge yet for me to dispute. I called the restaurant to inquire where my missing meal was. They asked for the last 4 of my cc so they could refund me.not sure how that can happen thst way. Stay tuned. I’ve been singing chili praises for months!! …..:

Have dined in, and done take out from here and delivery multiple times. Everything is always very good! A nice affordable option for families. Thank you chilis!!

I ordered delivery through the Chili’s app, and it was incredibly frustrating when my DoorDash driver, Nadya, left 4 of our 6 meals at the restaurant and then refused to go back to retrieve them, telling me to contact DoorDash for a refund instead.

Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I called my Chili’s, and that’s when the experience completely turned around. Amber, the take-out cashier, immediately showed empathy and sincerely apologized—even though the mistake wasn’t Chili’s fault. Naomi, the manager, went above and beyond by having our meals remade right away and even including a dessert for the inconvenience.

Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled speaks volumes. The kindness, urgency, and professionalism shown by Naomi and Amber were outstanding. They truly prioritized helping us and turned a very frustrating situation into a positive experience.

Thank you again for the amazing customer service—you absolutely turned it around for us!

Nick the bartender is great. We’ve been in several times. The last 2 he had taken care of us and he is probably the most dedicated person we’ve had. He thoroughly checks in on us where in the past we go with empty cups and waiting ridiculous times. Tonight he was literally the only one left serving and he checked on us and made sure we were taken care of and doing okay.

Overall, the experience was phenomenal! Savannah is a very dedicated, urgent BUT aware. Myself, My parents & my nephew had a great time eating out tonight & Savannah made the experience worth it. We live closer to the chilis on Collier Parkway, but will be coming here from now on 😎.

Went to eat and the doors were locked 45 minutes before the time posted on the door. Walking back to the car waitress cleaning a table laughed at us.

No waitress to be seen took forever to get my To go box and didn’t even get to take my food home.

We had an amazing evening!

We had a wonderful experience at Chili’s tonight. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff took great care of us and made us feel very welcome.

What made the night even more special was the small birthday surprise they prepared for our daughter. They sang for her and even treated her to ice cream. We were truly happy and touched by this kind gesture.

I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great food and outstanding service. We will definitely come back!
