Chipotle Mexican Grill

Our first time to this location, the food was good and the order was correct, but first impressions as soon as we walked in, we did notice the tables were dirty the floor had food on it and even the food line was a mess. We still did our best to enjoy the food , and it was good however, there needs to be alot of work to keep the place clean and neat at all times. At this point, we will pass on this place. There are other games in town, and if the Manager can't notice that the place is far from clean, that leaves a lot to be desired.

They’ll hardly fill your burrito, then wrap it like a baseball and still charge you double.

I’ve gone here twice and they don’t fill your burrito and they wrap it horribly.

The rice at this Chipotle is consistently UNDERCOOKED. My wife and I go to the Chipotle near the Tampa Premium Outlets and it is always amazing. This Chipotle needs some quality control ASAP. My wife and I are never going back.

I try and avoid this location if possible. Can taste a noticeable difference in quality at this location. Plus if you order ahead of time it's almost guaranteed to get mixed with other people's orders, so check your orders before you leave.

Due to Chipotle’s declining quality that extends from Tampa bay to the rest of the country, I have not been eating at Chipotle. Today, I decided to give it one last shot as they were doing a promo for a free entree with purchase of a burrito. My experience today officially was the last nail in the coffin for Chipotle. I’d encourage everyone else alive to stop eating at this corporate slop bowl restaurant.

The line was long but I’ve seen longer, and the employees got it down pretty well so no complaints there. Immediately when I ordered my meal, I was asked if both entrees would be made the same and I was confused. As I was thinking about what was even said, the tall worker with glasses answered for me and said “No,” and continued making my entrees while asking questions to me about my girlfriend’s bowl. Like I don’t know man, just do your job and ask her.

All of the workers were behaving as if they would rather be anywhere else in the world. When I asked for chips and salsa, the skinny blonde girl with thick glasses didn’t even put my salsa in the bag and we had to go back for it. She also didn’t hand me the cup at all and had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. Probably the rudest food service worker I’ve ever encountered in my life was this blonde girl.

In conclusion, my experience at this chipotle was so off-putting I will no longer be eating at any Chipotle establishment across the country and I’d advise everyone and anyone to do the same. There’s a reason why this places stock value plummeted and nobody wants to eat here anymore.

Placed an order on their website. Got a message stating an error occurred while processing payment. Payment was taken from my account but order didnt seem to be placed. Tried to call the restaurant but they dont take calls apparently. Only some AI bot nonsense that was wildly useless. Unbelievable....

I wanted a chicken bowl the worker gave me half a scoop and when I asked for more I was denied and then given one more piece of chicken. The workers were rude and condescending as well.

The workers here are so cheap and stingy, the portion size is so tiny and charge you extra for the smallest additional things. Horrible place.

A great place for a quick bite. The line was long but it moved fast. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. It's easy to build your own meal without every item being an upcharge. I like the salad option. I would love it if they wouldn't put cilantro in almost everything.

My recent visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill was a solid four-star experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The dining area was organized, the tables were wiped down, and the overall environment had a fresh, welcoming vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal.

The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the entire ordering process. They moved quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to answer questions and accommodate our requests. Their positive attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant and smooth.

We ordered two bowls—one standard and one fully loaded with all the works. Both bowls were prepared neatly with generous portions and fresh ingredients. The chicken was tender and seasoned well, the vegetables were crisp, and the toppings all tasted clean and flavorful. Everything came together nicely, and we had no issues with the food whatsoever.

Overall, this Chipotle delivered exactly what you hope for: good service, a clean atmosphere, and fresh, well-prepared food. It didn’t have a standout “wow” moment that pushes it into five-star territory, but it was consistently good across the board. I’d definitely return to this location and would recommend it for a dependable, satisfying meal.
