Chuck E. Cheese

This has been our preferred Chuck E Cheese location for several years. It’s rarely overcrowded. It’s much cleaner and nicer than other locations in my opinion. Rarely is there a broken game, and if we ever have an issue with a game, the staff address it kindly and fixes it and/or makes it right. They staff the location well so we don’t have overly long waits for food, prizes, or other service. We purchased the fun pass (which is an awesome deal) so we are excited to spend many more days there this summer. But lastly I wanted to mention the staff that we had the pleasure of interacting with today. They were all super kind, efficient, and had great customer service skills. Lelani (I apologize if I’m spelling it wrong) helped us a few times as cashier and at the prize counter. I was super impressed with her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude. She was great with my little ones and her smile is contagious. I also had the pleasure of interacting with one of the managers, Yolanda. She went above and beyond with us. And I watched from a distance as she handled a couple difficult situations with grace and professionalism. She radiates positivity and has such a great energy. As someone who has spent many years in management myself (and even worked at CEC back in the day), it’s obvious to me after just a couple minutes that she is an excellent manager and one of many reasons for why this locations runs so smoothly. Thank you to all the staff and we are looking forward to our next visit!

After several visits this months this Chuck-E-Cheese location is incredibly disappointing. Over 7 games were broken, with several either taking swipes without awarding points or not functioning at all. Despite reporting the issues, I was told by staff that management said it wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. None of the broken games had out-of-order signs, so kids wasted their time and tokens on machines that didn’t work. The place feels neglected and far from the fun, well-maintained Chuck-E-Cheese I remember. Very frustrating experience—save your money and go elsewhere.

Put the Location up for Lease. The staff acts like you do not exists. Too busy into their phone.

Me and the kids always enjoy our trips to chuckie cheese...I probably enjoy going there more than the kiddos..They always have a blast ..

The prices are too high, and the games literally last like 20 seconds! That is ridiculous! Main Event is so much better! Not as expensive, the games last longer, and the food is better. I absolutely will not go back.

Awesome clean store. Very friendly staff. Yolanda does a great job. Someone give her a raise!

It is what it is, I went with my 5 year old and ordered a pep pizza with cheese in the crust, can't believe I'm saying this but that pizza was damn good!

i came in about 6pm thursday, katrina was super kind and polite 😊 and helped me take my order, i got wings and pizza, and the only downside was, when i realized it had been 30 minutes and i still hadn’t got my food. i go up and check to see the wait time and i saw this heavier spanish woman i think was the manager handling MY order with no gloves! what is wrong with people! i will definitely NOT be getting food from there again, it really sucks that those workers have to be managed by such unclean and immature staff.

We had our Grandsons birthday party here, not a good experience! Pizza is $28, and it tastes Frozen! drinks start at $3.50 cups! Everything was overpriced. We were promised pics with Chucky? However, unless you chased him down, he wouldn't come to our table even though we tried to get his attention! Ridiculous. During the Birthday announcements, they failed to mention our Grandsons name! Our daughter paid $20 per child 🙄 never again. This venue is small and too crowded. Very disappointed.

We had our daughter’s birthday party here and they did a fantastic job. Thank you Yolanda, Stephanie and Bella you made her day so special and everyone had a great time!

Seriously amazing pizza. If I lived in this area, I would be popping in here just to order a pie and leave. Our family made a pit-stop on our way from Orlando to Tampa to let the kids get their wiggles out. We inhaled the supreme pizza here. I may even dream about it.
Veggie platter was freshly cut (as promised in writing on the wall) and was ice-cold.
CEC is always a busy, crazy atmosphere but it's kept clean and well-maintained. Would absolutely come here again.

The Chuck E Cheese at this location has many broken machines and has less diverse options and prices compared to other locations. That is unfortunate when someone pays for a pass and this is the closest location. I feel stuck with a bad choice chuck e cheese.
