Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Wesley Chapel

We had a wonderful Christmas party last night. Alyssa was our server and did a fantastic job providing excellent service

Big boisterous table next to us occupied our server. We felt like a rushed afterthought. The oversight led to missed opportunities for upsell. At this price point the presentation was poor. My dinner partner remarked my plate looked unappetizing. Sat outside in chairs and table from a college apartment deck. Parking is awful (though that is everywhere - but there is no need for that here) The menu looks great but the experience was subpar and will impact my desire to be back. Will likely look to find better value elsewhere. Not impressed.

We always look forward to our outings at Coopers Hawk, the restaurant is lively and vibrant. The food has never disappointed and I am a fan of the Chardonnay Lux. This is definitely one of our favorite places to taste wine and dine.

Spectacular!! What a way to end our year with friends. The booth was situated in the back of the restaurant which was perfect for a cozy date night! Our server was great - she checked in often but wasn't overwhelming! The food was perfection as usual! Overall 10/10

Our first time here but definitely not the last! Great food, service and atmosphere! Definitely make a reservation because this place was packed on a weeknight.

When I made the reservation on line, it asked if it was a special occasion. I indicated yes, my wife. When we arrived, the table indicated a birthday. Nothing was said or provided for the birthday. A little disappointed.

We have been to Cooper's Hawk in Wesley Chapel numerous times and each time we are more impressed than the last. Every dish is amazing, their wines are delicious and their wait staff are trained to perfection. Kudos to Cooper's Hawk!

Our food was excellent and while the service was good, it was extremely slow. It took a long time to get our order in and then served. others around us who came in after us were served before us. The room was extremely noisy and the table was not sufficiently large enough for all of our drinks, bread and food. While we like Cooper's Hawk, we would probably go to the location on Boy Scout Road before the Wesley Chapel location again.

I was looking forward to the chef's special and so was one other member in our party, but they were out. So I ordered salmon, and it was good. But a little bit of a letdown from what I was wanting to get. Our waitress Brie, was very sweet and attentive. Overall, it was still a really good experience like always at this wesley chapel location.

Very nice lunch here. Have been here many times but service today was best we've had. Still hostesses at front remain unfriendly at check in; but our server Lauren killed it and it was her first day on the job! Love many dishes on their menu, but their Asian inspired choices are very innovative and tasty.

Well my food the pork chop was delicious. My husband had jambalaya and it was good too!! Service was fantastic. Also because we both are vets we had a free glass of wine.

Veronica provided outstanding service. Food was very good, ambiance great. Questionable value. Three glasses of wine and two lunch sized entrees came to over $80
