Food and wine were good. Very noisy restaurant. Our server spent way too long trying to get us to join the wineclub. We went there for dinner and not a sales pitch.

Food good. Service always excellent. If u want to avoid a lot of noise when it's crowded get a booth in the bar.

I had dinner at the Wesley Chapel location and Jayme was so amazing! From making sure our orders were perfect to her recommendations being spot on we had a phenomenal time. Those that were not wine club members joined and we plan on making a monthly visit to Cooper’s Hawk and hope to be seated in her section again!

We celebrated our anniversary at Cooper’s Hawk! We’ve been to another location before, but this was our first time visiting this one — and our experience was absolutely wonderful.

To start, our server Jayme was an absolute gem! She was so kind, attentive, and made the evening extra special. My husband ordered the red wine braised short rib and it was incredible — he really enjoyed it. I ordered Dana’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and wow! I don’t usually go for chicken dishes, but I’m so glad I did. It was absolutely delicious, and even the tomato relish packed an amazing punch of flavor. I can’t wait to order it again!

For dessert, we shared the salted caramel crème brûlée and the honey lemon cake (a special). The crème brûlée was good, but that lemon cake was out of this world — it needs to become a permanent menu item!

Overall, an excellent dining experience — wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Our server was amazing! Angelina is knowledgeable, energetic and very helpful! We celebrated our Anniversary and everything was delicious from the champagne 🥂 toast to the truffle dessert!! A+ all around!
