Every time I go into a Culver's to grab an order for someone or just stop by to get some of their delicious chili & or fries with a side of cheese sauce, everyone employee I come in contact with is super professional, polite & always treats you like family. I have to not only give the Frontline workers props but the kitchen staff & management as well. You all are doing it right. Never had a mistake with my order and never had to wait longer than necessary. ...

The food quality is normal, nothing beyon tasty or always fresh. Service speed could be much better.
Unfortunately, this location lacks on a proper customer service, plus they constantly make too many mistakes taking order online.

I can’t say enough good things about Culver’s! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere and exceptional customer service. The ButterBurger was incredibly fresh, juicy, and full of flavor – way beyond what you’d expect from a typical fast-food restaurant. Their signature Cheese Curds are a must-try, with just the right balance of crispy on the outside and gooey cheese inside.
