Terrible service rude employee kicked us out and told me and a friend of mine that we needed to go thru the the drive thru saying understaffed and there was more then 3 people working there also the staff was yelling at each other you can hear it thru the building. Been coming here 7 years never have I been treated this way ever.
Update went back today after a couple weeks thinking it would be different in daylight it was not the same person was rude no hello or anything wasn’t busy at all. Didn’t even ask what I wanted or if I wanted in a large or none just charged me for a small one and it took 10 minutes to make one and I was watching and took the same amount of time to actually get some service idk what happened but this is not acceptable to be in customer service also asked for extra cookie dough and did not get it was charged for it and never received it.
This place was short staffed when we stopped here. The dining area door was locked for entry with no sign up informing guests of the closure. One of the ladies working just looked at us instead of greeting us. She wasn’t necessarily rude, but not the expected experience while engaging with customers. We had attempted to place a mobile order, but kept receiving errors. The staff member informed us it was down for them. We were inside when another customer tried to enter which became an awkward exchange as she was yelling through the door at me they are supposed to be open.
Food was chain quality. Restaurant is dated. Parking lot and outside seating is poorly lit at night. I do not plan to come back here.
It's a shaddy store. Always weird crowd. I'm not sure what's the slowest, if going inside or the drive thru 🤔 🤦🏻♀️ The last time the ice cream was questionable in terms of temperature and we waited over 5min in drive thru and there was No One inside or in front of us.
Bryan the worker recommended going to Sweet Treat instead of purchasing at Dairy Queen where he works because of them being short staff (of 2 that I could see)

Very disappointed. Last night I ordered a medium butterfinger blizzard and paid for extra butterfinger just to get home and to have literally two little pieces of butterfinger throughout the entire blizzard. I was surprised bc this was my first time at this location and never have I ever experienced the audacity lol like? My home Dq on fletcher always gets it right but also any other dq would never put little to no candy inside especially when you’re paying extra for extra. Like at the very minimum it could have been regular with a decent amount of candy but literally was basically vanilla. Marisol was at the window not sure who made it but maybe retrain them or fire them bc y’all are playing too much.
Slowest service, unfriendly staff, they weren't wearing gloves and as I was at the window waiting 15 minutes for my expensive and mediocre chicken strips meal, I noticed one of the young male workers adjusting his shoe touching the bottom of it. Again, no gloves. Oh and if you get the four piece chicken strip meal for $7.95 don't order a soda or it's going to put you at over $12!! $3+ for a regular sized soda!! Lastly, the chicken didn't taste like chicken. Not really sure what it was. Their barbecue sauce was the only positive about the visit.
Went on August 19th at 7:15 pm not a car in the parking lot nobody in drive thru. Tried to go inside and dine in but doors were locked. Cant stay in business that way guys. Too many other places to eat in Wesley Chapel. I'll never attempt again to go back to this location. Do better owners do better!
They were supposed to still be open but locked doors and ignored a line of cars that wanted to order. Pretty frustrating

Incompetence at its finest. After a long wait on the drive thru I get to the window and my order is incorrect. Then I have to wait a long time for my fries which is not a large and was half empty. I was tired of waiting so I just left. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
Thier drive thru menu sucks. It has no burgers just ice cream, chicken strips basket, and sides.
A favorite spot, the banana split is a favorite of mine. My hubby is a Reese’s pieces blizzard fan. The staff are always busy and always welcoming. The dining area is clean. There is also an outdoor dining area.
I wish I could leave zero stars. This place is the absolute worst, I would not go back even for free ice cream. We waited 40 min in the drive through while employees were closing the dining room an hr before close. Then we were told no food only ice cream… second time I went there and got bad attitudes, lazy employees and no leadership. I truly hope the owner sees this. I’m surprised it hasn’t went out of business… save yourself from a terrible experience and just go down the street to twistee treat.
No hamburgers here. Hilo dog was fine.
