This was the best blizzard we have had in quite awhile and we have them frequently!

I'm driving through town or we would be here often.

Terrible location, will never come to this one again. The staff turned all of the exterior lights off, refused to service the drive up and had all of the chairs stacked on the tables at 8:10 pm for a 10:00 pm closing. We went in to see if they were open and were met with absolute hostility from the staff that clearly wanted nothing to do with us. The cashier refused to even speak, just grunted.

Terrible customer service. Greeting at the drive-thru was extremely rude, long wait for food, and they kept a gift card that had money on it. Completely unacceptable and poorly handled from start to finish.

These people don’t know what they are doing 🤦‍♀️ manager wants to flail her arms when asked to remove something from the computer and then goes ahead and remove things I didn’t say to remove, forgets my drink for the meal, taking FOREVER to come to the window for me to even pay. Horrible experience don’t go here… 😤

I ordered a small cookie dough blizzard…those are made with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and cookie dough… I even ordered extra cookie dough. I got a medium with only vanilla ice cream and maybe 5 pieces of cookie dough. This is the 2nd time this has happened with this location. I thought maybe it was a new person but no it’s bad. Also got pretzel bites and they were ice cold ( I live 2 miles away) and the queso was solid and cold). I am so disappointed I was really looking forward to my blizzard and I don’t like plane vanilla ice cream so basically just waisted my money.

Arrived at the store at 9:43. They ignored us and would not take our order. Very disappointing since they are open until 10:00

Came to get ice cream, sat in a line with 3 other cars for 20 minutes until someone left their car to go and let an employee know there’s cars waiting in the drive through. Absolutely terrible.

Poor service, no burgers, cheap white bread, crumbly buns... Plenty of options for better food and experiences available.

Arrived at 9:17pm on Monday, tried to go into lobby. Door locked. Went to drive thru, car waiting in front of me at drive thru speaker waiting to order. Wait ten minutes and the car in-front of me hasn’t been acknowledged yet. Wait another five minutes. Leave with no ice cream and wasted gas. All while the establishment is within operating hours.

service and food quality have been degrading for a long time. last time i ordered, it took 10 minutes to get some food and a blizzard and i was the only person in line at the drive thru.

This is the worst DQ I’ve ever been to. Took Half an hour to get three blizzards. The person that took the order said that They were shortstaffed and it took her forever to make three blizzards. Plus, she even got the order wrong. I will definitely not be going back to that place. They either need to close it down or get new management and staff.
