Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza it said it was ready and when I went to pick it up this guy said they had to remake it. They didn't seem like they were making any pizzas. So what are you gonna do wait until the customer sees their order is ready and gets to the store to remake the pizza?? If that was the case, they could have called. There was a women and a guy behind the counter, not sure what they were doing. He was extremely rude and needs a different profession. They need a higher up or manager to watch the employees during maybe slow hours. I won't be coming back for a while. I did ask for a refund because I didn't trust him making my pizza at that point it was a weird and unfriendly encounter/experience

Does not deliver to my apartment for some reason. Always been a Domino's fan but now I can't take advantage of the rewards anymore. Luckily Little Caesars pretzel stuffed crust is pretty bomb. But I love Domino's wings.

This is the SECOND TIME they have said my order would be delivered within a half hour….and it NEVER showed! I will not be ordering from this store again. Just a heads up to everyone else. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE.

I only buy the bbq chicken but have a problem cause it always taste spicy. It's supposed to be sweet. I still buy it all the time cause I like how tender the chicken is. A little spicy is not going to kill me. Lol

First time ever ordering here one of their drivers almost hit my car while I was trying to pull up in their drive thru. Then tonight, I ordered for pick up and I was a little early. The guy told me it would be 5-7 mins. There weren’t any cars behind me, so I stayed at the window- no ones ever told me to leave the window. A few minutes later, someone new comes to the window and I told them I was already helped and was told it would be ready in 5-7 mins. And the person that originally helped me I can hear him in the background talking crap about me needing to move because I was already helped. I asked the gentleman could I speak to the manager because all of that talking he’s doing was clearly unnecessary…..turns out he was the manager! If he wanted me to move he could’ve said that when he first spoke with me, but he didn’t; therefore, I thought it was ok to sit there and wait. Being that he was the manager, I found that entire situation to be very unpleasant and unprofessional. I wasn’t holding up the line. Had there been a line, I would’ve moved, but I was the only one there. So disappointed with the service! At least wait until the window is closed to talk trash MANAGER! So rude!!!

Ordered 3 pizzas for pick up. App said 14-24 minutes. Showed up to pick it up at the 25 minute mark. Took 5 minutes for someone even ask what I wanted and then they told me it will be another 20 minutes to make my order. Ridiculous. And not the first time. As much as we like their pizza, service is sub-par to say the least.

Great food at reasonable prices.

I'm glad to see that Domino's brought the $9.99 with multiple toppings special back.

Hopefully, it'll stick around for a while again this time.

Ordered from the mobile app, got it delivered and they didnt even bring all the food I ordered, didnt have anything change and delivered the food to the wrong address worst experience I have ever ordered

Store was closed before the posted hours — wasted trip. When I tried to ask what happened, the employee smirked and said “Hey boss~” in a mocking tone. Super unprofessional. If you don’t want to follow your own hours, that’s one thing, but don’t treat paying customers like a joke. Won’t be coming back.
