I’m upset I just left the drive through and the girl that gave me my food nose was running. She had boogers all in her nose like a child! I tried to call but nb answered. I don’t want to hurt her feelings. However she can’t do that. I can’t even eat this. 11 dollars wasted! Please make sure the employees face is clean.

Im a Big fan of Dunkin. Always rooting for D instead of starbucks. But this particular location(Pearl) needs HELP!¡! NOcustomer service at all! Unfresh donuts and no hello nor thank you.
Main cashier (Victoria her name was) wants to argue with you about a drink and not offer help. Her co worker kindly stepped in assisted me when I add for them to modify my drink because it was too strong. Don’t debate - just help. I was being kind and trying to see if I can get my drink changed. Three stars because everytime I’m here this girl always good an attitude.

I’ll never understand how in order could be inches from your face on a giant screen yet you still screwed up…. Either that or this company tries to steal from you….. Every time you try, do an add-on with your drink it’s never there…. And then they wonder why People have such an issue with them making more money per hour….
