The employees are rude, they take a long time to serve the consumers, the attention is fatal

Dunkin gets worse by the day. They raise the prices and hire people who can’t even make a cup of coffee right ! Also the girls at the window used to be nice. Idk who was there this morning but she is rude !

Let me first off say I a huge Dunkin fan. I would pick Dunkin over Starbucks any day. However this location is horrible and I’m surprised the corporate office hasn’t corrected the issue everyone is complaining about. They never have the donuts we want and the coffee isn’t consistent. My orders are almost always wrong and let’s not talk about the poor customer service. Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin nearby so I have decided to no longer choose Dunkin’ Donuts and got else where.

This is how the sour dough breakfast sandwich is supposed to look like. Went here the other morning and got half of everything. Came back the next day was informed the manager screwed up on ordering supplies from NDCP. And was skimping on orders. Wouldn't it be better not to offer something than to rip off customers. The manager older lady dirty blonde hair glasses. Needs to be fired.

On August 18th we went to the Dunkin on 54 near the Nissan. The male at the drive through window handed my friend an extra large coffee by the lid, the lid came off before she could take it. The entire hot coffee ended up in her lap and stained the cloth accents on her her vehicle. I got out to help her clean it. I asked if they were going to detail her car since it was now damaged. The clerk told her it was her fault and slammed the window. Another blonde woman emerged and told us that she knew it should not have gone out since the lid was damaged. From there, Brooke Truelove, who identified as the district manager, came outside. She said that she would be putting in an insurance claim to pay for the damage. She wasn't asking for anything for the injury, just to get the stains out. We even spoke to Randy Brashier that morning, he is the owner of that store. He assured us that they would fix this. Well, its been over a month and they have ghosted us. He seems to own the Dunkins in Wesley Chapel. Its not surprising they all have terrible reviews.

This Dunkin is the worse one I go to. I like to eat Dunkin pretty much every week day. They are super slow, and have only gotten my order correct once. They always put cream cheese on my bagel, despite me emphasizing that I would like butter. The staff also when making a mistake are not polite and ask like it's a huge burden to get the order correct. I learned to ask for my receipts and check the bag before leaving. One day my son and I waited over twenty minutes for two bagels as the staff inside were all disorganized. Despite asking and still gave us an incorrect order. I'll be avoiding this Dunkin and using others as the accuracy and service are not up to standards. I would like to update my review! New staff and manger. Much politer and the service has improved so much. There are 3-4 employees who are so kind and cheerful every morning even when they are so busy! Great work.

You could not even hear her over the speaker. Her attitude sucked! Pay, them or hire friendly people. She was miserable and said "what do you want" and snapped at me.

I’ve been going to this dunkin for 4 years and 70% of the time my order is wrong or just tastes terrible. They always give me wrong sizes, wrong drinks, and ice when i specifically ask for none. Today my bagel came out untoasted, and my latte tastes like they poured the entire french vanilla flavor bottle into it. Not to mention the line was 30 minutes long for drive through.

Thank you so much to this crew for making my kids birthday party a hit! I called a week in advance to order 52 donuts for a Dunk & Donuts themed combined party and they hit the ball out of the park. I was truly taken back by the kindness, quick service, and how perfect everything came out. The handoff was perfect! You guys are awesome and I appreciate everything. I’m sorry I can’t remember names but everyone in the DT crew on Saturday July 6th including the manager on duty was all smiles, and helpful.

I waited 30 min in line at drive-thru, and I was the 2nd person. They were treating the lobby as 1st priority instead of drive-thru and caused me to be late to work. I work at Zaxby's next door. No reason it should've taken that long. I was watching people walk in and walk out before we were taken care of. This isn't the first time either. They all need retraining on the priority of the store. Yes, it's customers, but drive-thru is the priority over the counter. I use to work there.
