This location used to b good, but as of recent the employees do not care and take forever. They also tried giving me a dog toy covered in bacon grease and acted annoyed when I asked for a different one. Go to other locations if you can

I have been going to this Dunkin for over 5 years. They are slow, the management and staff are incompetent and uninterested, and there is always a problem. There is an issue with my order 3 out of every 4 times I visit and it has only gotten worse with the app, they are always out of something that I already paid for and then they get an attitude when you try and get a refund. I honestly don’t understand how this location stays in business with the quality of service they provide…I have already reduced my visits to maybe once a month, but today was the last straw, I’m never going back again. I would stay away unless you have the simplest of orders(honestly they will probably screw it up anyway), and you plan for a decent wait.

I call two days ago about my mobile order being messed up and half my food being gone, I ask to speak to a manager and I get told no manager would be there for two days. I call back two days later and no one answers I called 6 different DD no answers from any of them. I go into the store tonight at 6:10 pm to talk to someone about it. The workers are in the back goofing off ignoring me, then when they finally come out and talk the One worker was rude and a dick. Telling me I'm not doing this right now we close in 15 Minutes. I ask for a number for a manager or a supervisor and I get told to look up Dunkin Donuts online. The person I called the other day had also said they knew nothing of a manger number or supervisor number and can't help me what so ever. Disappointed in how your young apployees act and how they treat their customers.

Waited in drive through for close to 30 minutes, making me late for work. I was running early before stopping at this location with less than 8 cars in line. There is no way to exit the drive through once in line; I just watched a guy destroy his vehicle attempting to escape the line, it was taking so long.

I might be biased against dunkin specifically as I’ve only ever had very mid level experiences at any location. This one specifically has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I have EVER been inside of. It sounded like a gaggle of grown up high schoolers behind the counter, cussing, gossiping, yelling at each other and calling names! The professionalism was absolutely non existent. I felt bad for the boy who helped us at the counter who seemed to be quiet and helpful.

The donut rack was a mess, nothing was labeled correctly, and the customers could hardly see the labels. Tables, counters and floors were a sticky mess. Staff was unbelievably loud and unaware. Will not be returning.

I have never Seen such a large group of people have absolutely zero sense of urgency. It was genuinely like watching something in slow motion while there's an extremely long line. I cannot comprehend how people like this are being hired and having jobs.....

I can't thank Dunkin' Donuts enough for making my daughter's 7th birthday extra special! The custom-made donuts they created were not only adorable but also incredibly delicious. The attention to detail and creativity that went into each donut was impressive.

My daughter and all the kids at the party absolutely loved them! The flavors were amazing, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. Dunkin' Donuts truly made the birthday celebration unforgettable.

Stopped by before heading to the hockey tournament, and I couldn't resist grabbing my favorite iced coffee and a box of their amazing donuts.

The coffee was perfect to get my caffeine fix, and the donuts were fresh, fluffy, and oh-so-delicious. It was the perfect fuel to kickstart the day before going to the hockey game.

This Dunkin' Donuts is my go-to spot always! ?

I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts. It has new management and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The service was exceptional, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. The new management has definitely made positive changes to the store.

Not only were the donuts and coffee delicious, but the store was also spotlessly clean and well-organized. The staff members were knowledgeable about the items and provided helpful recommendations.

I also noticed that the wait times have significantly improved since the change in management. The staff was working diligently to ensure prompt service without compromising on quality. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the customer experience.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the new management at Dunkin’ Donuts. They have successfully elevated the customer experience, making it a 5 star for coffee and donuts. I highly recommend visiting this location for your go to coffee, donuts and breakfast.

Horrible staff! Yelled and middle fingered me (with my kids in my car) because I didn’t stop at the speaker before pulling up, I explained nicely I didn’t know that was the procedure to pick up an online order, but both staff ladies were yelling and swearing all the time with out listening. won’t ever come back!

I always pick up Dunkin donuts for my son. But I hate this location never is consistent, either they will use a box or a bag. You can't specify on the app.you want a box you just expect them to do the right thing. And putting a chocolate cover face down with three other donuts shoved on top of them. I also got the chorizo egg wrap was also cold in the middle. Definitely will be staying away from this location.
