Worst experience at Dunkin. Took 30 minutes to get stuff. 4 employees, looked like no leadership around. Only 1 employee was working and that's the girl that was making food. The other 3 were standing around or in slug mode. Kudos to the girl making food who actually had a work ethic.

This used to be my favorite dunkin to come to. The girls working here knew my name and the sound of my voice when I came through the drive thru. I don’t know what has happened, but it seems like they have all new staff that have absolutely NO idea what they’re doing. It’s absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews, but it’s extremely disappointing to have a favorite place to go turn into an absolute dumpster fire. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru, and have been sitting in it for FORTY minutes. Yup, forty minutes. And trust me, I would’ve driven off a long time ago, but once you’re in the drive thru, there’s no way to leave it. So you’re stuck here, late for work, and the time is still going up. Still haven’t gotten my food and it was a mobile order. The new staff has absolutely no idea what they’re doing, and I won’t be returning here after being a regular here for years.

Edit: the current time in the drive thru was 46 minutes. there were four cars in front of me when I got in the line and I waited for 46 minutes to get a mobile order. When my order finally came out, the guy at the drive thru just handed me my food silently. No apology, no thank you, no nothing. I just looked at him and he just looked at me in silence. So I just shook my head and drove off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst DD Location. It’s dirty. They are understaffed and undertrained. Time thru drive through is lengthy and drinks aren’t made correctly. They are consistently inconsistent. I was also charged for 2 drinks but only received one and the drink was wrong BOTH times they tried to make it

0 stars This was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, and I truly feel sorry for anyone else who has had an experience like mine. My sister and I ordered a sweet cream cold brew with sweet cream cold foam, but what we received was a large cup of plain cold brew with no ice and no foam.
When I went back inside to explain the issue, the employee (a young woman with red hair) showed no concern at all. Instead of remaking the drink correctly, she just added foam on top in a dismissive way and walked away. The drink was still wrong, and I ended up throwing it out.
Please don’t waste your time or money here—at least not when employees like this are on shift. Dunkin’ should really care more about the kind of people they hire, because customer service and quality clearly don’t matter at this location.

I ordered a caramel macchiato and got milk with caramel in it. No coffee. I had things like this happen a lot at this location. First up they don’t stir your drink. You don’t get a stir unless you ask. If you ask, you get a straw instead of a stir, which melts when you try to use it as a stir.

I went to this location by Goodwill on Saturday August 9th around 1pm and the young man light skin African American guy seem to hate his job he barely looked at me and told me that they don't make any frozen drinks today. So I decided to get a lemonade with ice.
Not a thank you nothing.

Came in on Sunday 8/10/25 again to give them another try same young man barely looked at me actually he didn't look at me at all.
I was standing at the register and he ignored me the whole time there were no Donuts on display I stand there a few minutes and then just left.
He never acknowledged me the other young man with dreads or braids obviously look like he was high on something.
I will not be back to this location and I hope management can contact me this is not the service that Dunkin' Donuts usually gives me

Princess was on top of everything she was extremely understaffed as the other two coworkers of hers were training. Everyone was being incredibly rude, but she kept a smile on her face someone go and help her out lol.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts that I ever been to. I have visited this location at least five or six times, and each time, I’ve experienced nothing but a lack of professionalism and customer service. The store is not clean, and the young ladies who work there have poor attitudes and seem to hate their jobs. Today was my last day visiting this location. The girl taking the order doesn’t listen and then gets upset when she has to redo the drink. Today, I must have stood there five minutes before the four of them finished laughing and talking to one another to address me. The wraps I bought were disgusting. I was mad at myself because each time I say I’m not going back and I do. This time, however, I was just disgusted with the food and poor customer service and decided to write this review and call the corporate office.
