Just the worst store. I ordered in the app through them, the last 3-4 times i tried to get a frozen coffee from them in the last 2 weeks they didn't have it available, yet it was available on the app. They need to have a manager who's responsible enough to take out of stock items off the app so the customers don't run into issues, or order more stock for obvious popular items.
Ordered 2 Hash browns and they put one also their attitude was over the roof. I go to this dunkin before work for a snack and they always manage to forget one thing

Got the order wrong. Very slow service
The morning weekday staff are always so proficient and nice. Customers can be so hateful to these people who help us start our days with a nice boost of caffeine and/or treats. Stop blaming these people if things are broken or not available - it’s NOT THEIR FAULT. If you have a problem with something being consistently broken or unavailable, speak to management! I’m sure there’s a reason another than “let’s make our customers angry.”
Keep up the amazing job, morning weekday ladies. Even on days that are more stressful than others, you always manage to get my orders correct and show a smile regardless. Give them a raise☺️
I’ve been to this dunkin maybe 25 times in the last 4 years & it’s always a bad experience. Either rude staff or order is messed up. Nothings worse than getting to work to realize they didn’t put any flavoring in your coffee. This morning I stood at the register for a bit hoping a staff member would come out of the back but they never did. I’ve worked these type of positions many many years and it was just common sense to stick your head up there and check for customers every couple minutes.
Your best bet is going to the Dunkin on the other side of I-75 they’re great.

3rd day of the week I’ve gone and they’ve given me a burnt, rock-hard bagel. THIRD TIME COME ON YOU CAN SEE ITS BURNT
I frequent all of the Dunkin locations within the vicinity and find all of them to be a pleasant experience.
This particular shop has the added benefit of the highway being close in proximity as well.

6:40pm I was headed to this location and decided to call just to make sure they had what I was wanting. Google said it was open until 7pm and I was at the McDonald’s literally across the street from this store.
So I called and someone answered the phone with a “hello”.
I asked “is this Dunkin’ Donuts” (because I was thrown off with the hello instead of a business greeting) and I was hung up on.
I called back and again “hello”. I again said “is this Dunkin’ Donuts” and the woman had an attitude from the start. She said “yep”.
I asked to speak to a manager because this woman’s attitude was so poor I didn’t even want to speak to her. When I said can I please speak to the manager on duty the woman on the other end, said “speaking”.
I asked why she hung up on me the first time I called and she said because we’re closed. I said I goggled the hours and number and the information online said they were open until 7pm and she informed me that “it wasn’t her problem that is corporates problem she was closing early anyways”.
Radisha is what she said her name was but she likely wasn’t telling the truth after I told her I was contacting corporate for her rude behavior.
To which she said “go ahead and call I’m the manager here they won’t do anything”
I will never go back to DD. Starbucks is across the street and are the nicest employees who are willing to help and won’t close early.
America must run on low expectations. This location is ill. I placed a mobile order to avoid having to wait just for a coffee. I still waited 15 minutes to be told they're making it. 5 minutes later they lost my ticket.

If you’re going to be 24hrs then full menu should be available!! Conveniently frozen machine is never working or people working at night are too lazy! Got an iced coffee and that was theeee worst 🤢. Can’t win for losing

Great, like most of the other ones, it'd be nice, though, if there were more employees than just 2.
