Waiting for 16 minutes in drive through a male short dark brown hair not sure if it was a girl or boy argued with me that a small frozen coffee with a shot of expreso was almost and then remade a medium when I asked for a manager twice they said no manager is there on Mondays o asked for names of a mix girl petite slammed the window and said we don’t give out names awful service the drink looked like a ice coffee no Carmel and like make with just milk. I will be calling manager and the BBB with the way I was treated spending half my lunch hour trying to get a frozen coffee!

They took to long with my food just now and ended up late to work. Food ended up cold they told me to wait in the front went inside all the workers was chatting in a huddle very very frustrating. Plus my food was cold and nasty ended up throwing it in the garbage. Very very disappointing.

Don't expect great service. Food quality and order accuracy is inconsistent. The employees are socializing internally so frequently they don't even notice or greet you when you arrive at the counter or drive thru. Team does not greet you, say thank you and barely smiles

Amazing donuts, and coffee and they’re always quick and fast and the customer service is always friendly and the prices are reasonable, even given due to inflation and such but I do like going here to get my coffee and donuts

The worst Dunkin donuts, I went to. I bought a dozen and all the donuts were not fresh at all. The employer was not personally at all and doesn't have customer service skills, what a shame. Never will buy donuts again at this place. Rather go somewhere else to get treated better.

This dunkin is literally incompetent. I constantly receive the wrong order. I’m constantly getting the wrong milk in my order, which is dangerous for other customers. I also pay to have other milk besides whole milk. They need to be retrained, get new management something.
I went in Sunday, July 3 at @ 11am. The cashier (Linda on the receipt) said she could not accept my coupon because she did not know how to process coupons. I asked for a Supervisor/Manager and was told there was no manager available and no one that can do coupons. Clearly this cashier had no intentions of helping.

Excellent service love coming to this dunkin the workers are always great especially Deja she's a gem thank you for always taking care of us . We probably come to this location everyday for my dad. Very convenient the coffee is always on point!!! Definitely the best dunkin in the area

I have been a Wesley Chapel resident for over 20 yrs now and the people, service, and mgmt are good at this location. They always get my coffee order correct & the service has always been great!! I live closer to ZHILLS but go to this location because of these great qualities!!
