Einstein Bros. Bagels

Definitely not on par with the rest of the Einstein bagels in the area. Bagel is small and flat. Place is dirty. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. There was a least 5 people working. Put someone on cleaning duty.

Best bangles

The three times I’ve been here it’s been a waste of money. The kids here don’t know how to make a good sandwich- everything is under cooked even if you ask for well-done, and I end up not being able to eat it because it’s so bad. Normally I like Einstein bagels and was excited to have one in WC

We have visited this location multiple times and have had great experiences. We are very happy to have one near us. Today fell short of a good experience due to the employees which is disappointing because our food and drinks were great. Specifically 2 of the girls working had VERY bad attitudes. Eye rolling & talking under their breath. I wish I would have asked for their names. Food, drinks & speed is great. Employees not so great

Came here for the first time, and I will never return. I’ll go out of my way to another location to avoid this one at all costs. The two women working today were absolutely rude and passive-aggressive just because I ordered three sandwiches? That’s hardly a “large” order. They acted annoyed, like they didn’t even want to work.

To add insult to injury, when I checked my order, an entire sandwich was missing. At first they tried to tell me I wasn’t charged for it, but when I asked to see the receipt, sure enough, I had paid for it. Instead of apologizing, she kept up the attitude, rolling her eyes, making passive-aggressive gestures, and then just tossing the sandwich into my open bag. I was so shocked, especially being there with my young child.

Have always been the best bagels since I was a kid so happy one opened up in Wesley chapel good bagels and coffee

We ordered two cookies, that were quite expensive, They were both burnt. Preggo sister was not happy about that! The muffins are very small. Bagel sandwiches were good. The hash brown needs to be crispy, they were too gooey.

Is this normal when you ask for no ice to get a almost half cup of juice? I asked for no 🧀 cheese, but I got it... Other than that, the food and service have been great. Fast service!

Warning: Check your bagel(s) before you leave. It’s not acceptable to give a customer a half risen bagel that is not even round and looks more like a ribbon. Ask the customer if another flavor would be OK. That simple act could build a loyal customer rather than having a person skip the business altogether.

Food was great! My daughter loved the cinnamon roll. I wish they would ass some stools for seating. However, the staff are extremely friendly. I got the Octoberfest bagel and it's delicious 😋

Not what it used to be. I remember going to Einstein while at USF 20 years ago lol. Loved the 🥯 sandwiches and coffee. Was excited to try new spot as it’s close to where I live. Zero atmosphere and pretty bad sandwich…microwaved and tasteless. I will try again at some point as they just opened up.
