I ordered a simple bacon egg and cheddar on the hash brown bagel and I got a bacon egg & cheddar, WITH onion cream cheese and ham both of which I do not eat nor did I ask for. It was a pick up order before work so I can’t go back therefore it’s in the bin with my money.

I asked for a bacon egg & cheese with one egg white which is what it said on my receipt. Got an egg with the yolk but didn’t realize until I went to eat it. I will try this place again as everything else about it was good but wanted to add the review so they can be aware of the issue. Just verify you made the items for the customer correctly before wrapping & handing it off.

Service very lacking, girl behind the counter could have cared less. Bagels were soso at best. Won’t be going back, too many places out there to support a bad place.

We like to order the nova lux and every time I get home the order is always wrong the bagel without toast, I tell them little cream cheese and put more, the bagel has a very strange shape, everything is incorrect as we ordered it, terrible they not put attention, terrible customer service. What a pity because we like the nova lux sandwich but it's terrible. 🥲 😡

Definitely not on par with the rest of the Einstein bagels in the area. Bagel is small and flat. Place is dirty. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. There was a least 5 people working. Put someone on cleaning duty.

The three times I’ve been here it’s been a waste of money. The kids here don’t know how to make a good sandwich- everything is under cooked even if you ask for well-done, and I end up not being able to eat it because it’s so bad. Normally I like Einstein bagels and was excited to have one in WC
